The Cleartrip Hotel Product The Cleartrip Hotel product comprises of all the leading hotel chains and individual hotels that operate within India. This includes all the Domestic and International chains. Cleartrip has its own technology platform that has been indigenously designed by its in house technology team and integrated directly with some of the leading hotel consolidators in the country along with its own Merchant Model that support direct contracting and live inventory management in real time. Cleartrip has also built its own content management tool which has enabled it to gather high quality static content which includes both descriptive and visual content. Cleartrip has also integrated with Trip Advisor wherein the reviews posted by customers are also made available on its website. Currently Cleartrip offers over 3900 unique domestic hotels and close to 70,000 unique international hotels.

About the Cleartrip API The Cleartrip API is a simple to use HTTP interface that lets the developers integrate the Cleartrip.com search and book engine results into their website, desktop application or mobile phone application. The API is a restful service which is implemented as XML over HTTP. The developers just do an HTTP GET or POST with regular form arguments and they get responses as simple XML documents. The Cleartrip API can be accessed from www.cleartrip.com/api. Complete documentation of the API and FAQs are available on the link provided. Technical Support Cleartrip will provide you with technical support along with an escalation matrix 365 days a year for all technical related issues with regards to the API. This support will be via e-mail, telephone or the forum on the website. The timelines to respond will depend on the type of support issue, be it a bug or an enhancement. You will be provided with online support while integrating with our API. api.support@cleartrip.com is a dedicated email for escalating any issue related to integration http://www.cleartrip.com/forums/45 is a dedicated forum for developers to exchange notes on the integration where Cleartrip will answer all queries posted in the forum. Costs Cleartrip will provide you with its API that will support the above services FREE OF COST. There will be no initial deposit or any API license fee charged to you to access our API. Look to Book Whilst Cleartrip Air API is an in-house developed product, the queries made by your system will hit the host systems to be able to provide real time accurate fares. Each of the host systems provides these services on a Look to Book ratio which once exceeds a threshold becomes a chargeable service. Keeping in mind the above Cleartrip would need you to maintain a Look to Book ratio of 1: 75 to access the Cleartrip API. Look would be defined as the number of queries made to the Cleartrip API for Search and Book. A book would be defined as the number of queries made to the Cleartrip API for Book For every Successful Book request made to the Cleartrip API, you will be entitled for 75 FREE hits to its Search API. All hits exceeding the 75 FREE hits will be chargeable at a rate of Rs. 4.0 per hit. This is a direct charge by the host system that is being passed on to you. Cleartrip will maintain complete transparency in providing with logs on the number of hits made to the Cleartrip system. This will be provided on a monthly basis. Price Parity Cleartrip will ensure that prices displayed on the Cleartrip website will be passed through the Cleartrip API to you; Cleartrip will ensure that it maintains price parity between its own website and its partners. Back Office Cleartrip will provide you with a back office solution which will help you - Keep a track of bookings made - Run reports on real time basis across various parameters - Track productivity and analyse trends Incentives Domestic Air Base Fare Commission Air Product (Domestic) 1 500 Segments a month 501 - 1000 Segments a month 1001 1500 Segments a month 1501 segments and above a month Incentive using Deposit Account 7% 8% 9% 10%

Incentive is applicable on all Domestic Airlines All incentives are calculated on flown segments No incentive will be made applicable for any cancelled bookings Incentive calculation is on the Base Fare of the ticket and is not applicable on the taxes and fees portion of the ticket Incentive calculations will be done at the end of every month and will be remitted back to the customer by the 10th of the next month Incentives will be credited back into the deposit account of the customer. All incentives are inclusive of Service Tax All taxes applicable(TDS) will be deducted before remitting the said incentive earned by the customer The above incentive are subject to change with prior intimation

A segment is defined as a seat. Segment is dependent on the number of passengers and the type of booking in the transaction. For sake of clarity here are some examples to get a better picture on what a segment would mean a. A booking having one passenger traveling on a one way journey in one booking would be termed as One Segment b. A booking having one passenger traveling on a return journey in one booking would mean Two Segments c. A booking having two passengers travelling on a one way journey in one booking would be termed as Two Segments d. A booking having two passengers travelling on a return journey in one booking would be termed as Four Segments Domestic Hotels Hotel Product Flat rate Incentive using Deposit Account 6%

Amendments and Cancellations:

Cleartrip charges amendment and cancellation fees for every transaction. These are fulfillment charges that are charged to you. These need to be charged by you to your customers. Based on the transaction type Cleartrip will charge you the following charges Cancellation Product Air Products Hotels Amendment Product Air Products Hotels Amendments using the Call Center Rs. 250 per segment Rs. 250 per booking Online Cancellations Rs. 250 per segment Rs. 250 per booking

Cleartrip does not permit online amendments, in case an amendment required; your customer care would need to get in touch with Cleartrip Call centre The cancellation charges are over and above the cancellation/Amendment fees that are levied by the suppliers. The cancellation rules will be displayed while at the time of booking and cancellation. Tenure The tenure of this relationship with API Partner will be for a minimum duration of two years. In the course of the relationship API Partner will not enter into a similar arrangement with any other travel service provider to provide the air and hotel inventory on its system. Access to Production Credentials The current access provided to you is to the Staging environment of Cleartrip. Once you have completed your development and are ready to deploy your application in production, you will need to provide Cleartrip with acess to your system to test and verify if all the flows, pricing and processes are followed correctly. On satisfaction of your implementation, you will need to then Enter into a commercial agreement with Cleartrip Change to a new set of API keys that will be issued by Cleartrip You will then be able to make your application go live using the Cleartrip content.
