Exhibitor Prospectus

On November 18 and 19, the city of Goinia will host the 1st Regional Forum on General Aviation, sponsored by ABAG (Brazilian General Aviation Association), the same entity that organizes Labace, now considered the biggest executive aviation event in Latin America. The purpose of the Forum is to pair an aircraft exposition with a cycle of lectures. The event already has the support of the State of Gois. The city of Goiania now has the countrys second largest aviation pole, with numerous aviation companies offering a variety of services, and also has recognized potential in human resources training in a range of aviation activities. ABAG believes that the city unites the interests of West/Central Brazil, especially of Brasilia, Cuiab and Campo Grande and it wants to make the event an annual part of the citys official calendar.

To participate in the regional forum, just access the site www.abag.org.br/forum and fill out the inscription form and the contract. Print these forms, sign them and send by e-mail to flavia@abag.org.br or by fax to +55 (11) 5031-1900. All payments should be made by September 30, 2011. Companies with balance due will be unable to set up stands until the amount owed in paid in full. Hangar EXHIBITION: The stands in the hangars green zone are reserved for companies that have aircraft in the static display area. A Raw booth 3m x 3m modules for mounting stands in the hangar: FOR PRICE CONTACT ABAG Note: This fee does not include assembly or fees. B Forum Shell Scheme 3m x 3m modules with stand mounted in the hangar, FOR PRICE CONTACT ABAG including: Stand back wall white, 2.7m high Stand side walls, white 2.7 m high Stand number Floor carpeted Lighting with three spots (100W), a power outlet (500W) and 1 KVA of electricity Daily cleaning One fascia board with company logo Fire extinguisher  Furniture: a table, three chairs, a locking cabinet, a desk with shelves (measuring 0.50 m x 0.50 m and 1 m height), and a small wastebasket

Exposition aircraft in the static display area: As we have limited space in the static display area, we are limiting the exposition to one aircraft per exhibiting enterprise. Each company with an aircraft is obliged to contract for at least one stand module in the exposition hangar. The participation in the aircraft static display area are in 3m x 3m modules: FOR PRICE CONTACT ABAG The aircraft must be available for placement on the patio by noon on 11/17/2011.

FEE FOR NON-MEMBERS: There will be an additional FOR PRICE CONTACT ABAG fee for non-ABAG members. CANCELLATION POLICY: The management of the Regional Forum has a firm policy of not giving refunds in case of cancellation, at any time. Exhibitors should strictly follow the payment policy in order to guarantee their Exposition Space. Reduction of exposition area at the Regional Forum will be considered cancellation. CREDENTIALS: Each 3m x 3m module gives the exhibitor 10 credentials for Forum guests. Each module of the static area gives the right for 2 guest credentials. The team of professionals who work at the event for the exhibitor do not reduce the quota of credentials above. More information will be available in the Exhibitors Kit. EXHIBITORS KIT: Access to the Exhibitors Kit will be sent by email to the exhibitors who realize full payment for their participation in the Regional Forum. The package will include the Exhibitors Manual and with detailed rules for exhibition at the event, forms to ask for services, credentials and hotel reservations. THE MANAGEMENT OF THE REGIONAL FORUM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO: Change the floor plan of the event (including, but not limited to the circulation area) without prior notice in order to meet fire codes, for safety, technical or accessibility reasons, or to offer in its judgment a event that is safer, more satisfactory, attractive, and successful.
