New National Vice Presidents Qualification Period: February 1, 2011 April 1, 2012 Regional Vice Presidents who promote to NVP for the first time during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition and will be invited to the New NVP Luncheon. New Regional Vice Presidents Qualification Period: February 1, 2011 April 1, 2012 Area Managers who promote to RVP for the first time during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition and will be invited to the New RVP Luncheon. New Area Managers Qualification Period: January 1, 2011 April 1, 2012 District Managers who promote to Area Manager for the first time during the qualification period will be recognized at GTC 2012. Executive National Vice Presidents Leadership Award Qualification Period: January 1, 2011 April 1, 2012 ENVPs who become six wide during the qualification period by directly promoting out a sixth NVP will receive onstage recognition. The ENVP and all six promote-out NVPs must be pay-status NVPs on April 1, 2012. Executive National Vice President Promotion Award Qualification Period: January 1, 2011 April 1, 2012 ENVPs who directly promote out one or more NVPs from their Central Nation during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition. The ENVP and the promote-out NVPS must be pay-status NVPS on April 1, 2012. Executive Regional Vice President Promotion Award Qualification Period: January 1, 2011 April 1, 2012 ERVPs who directly promote out one or more RVPs from their Central Region during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition. The ERVP and the promote-out RVPS must be pay-status RVPS on April 1, 2012. National Vice President Challenge Winners Qualification Period: March 1, 2011 December 31, 2011 NVPs received a personalized 2011 Challenge goal based on their 2010 activity. NVPs who achieve their 2011 NVP Challenge goal during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition. National Vice President 20-Year Achievement th NVPs who are celebrating their 20 anniversary as an Arbonne Independent Consultant in 2012 will receive onstage recognition. Million Dollar Club Qualification Period: January 1, 2011 December 31, 2011 National Vice Presidents who are paid an average of $1 million in SuccessLine volume at least one month during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition. Million Dollar Club Hall of Fame Qualification Period: January 1, 2009 December 31, 2011 National Vice Presidents who are paid an average of $1 million in SuccessLine volume, over 12 consecutive calendar months for 3 consecutive years during the qualification period.

Strong Start Participants Qualification Period: January 1, 2011 December 31, 2011 Consultants who graduated from the Strong Start Program during 2011 will receive onstage recognition. Organizational Volume Achievement Qualification Period: January 1, 2011 December 31, 2011 The top 3 Central District, Central Area, Central Region and Central Nation (Central) with the highest Central Retail Volume* accumulated during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition. Retail Volume* for Consultants who promote out of a Central during the qualification period will be included; retail volume* for Consultants who demote back into a Central during the qualification period will not be included. (Qualification level is based on your Manager or VP title as of January 1, 2011. Consultants who promote to District Manager after January 1, 2011 will participate at the DM level.) *Retail Volume is applicable for the United States only. Qualifying Volume will be applicable in Australia, Canada and United Kingdom Organizational Sponsoring Achievement Qualification Period: January 1, 2011 December 31, 2011 The top 3 Central District, Central Area, Central Region and Central Nation who sponsor the most 150+ Personal Retail Volume* start month Business Building Consultants during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition. (Qualification level is based on your Manager or VP title as of January 1, 2011. Consultants who promote to District Manager after January 1, 2011 will participate at the DM level.) *Personal Retail Volume is applicable for the United States only. Personal Qualifying Volume will be applicable in Australia, Canada and United Kingdom. Circle of Excellence Qualification Period: January 1, 2011 December 31, 2011 The top 50 Arbonne Independent Consultants with the highest accumulated Personal and Personally Sponsored New Consultants Personal Retail Volume* during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition. *Personal Retail Volume is applicable for the United States only. Personal Qualifying Volume will be applicable in Australia, Canada and United Kingdom. Area of Consistent Excellence (ACE) Awards Qualification Period: January 1, 2011 December 31, 2011 The top 35 Central Areas with the most ACE points during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition and are invited to the exclusive ACE Gala Dinner. ACE points are awarded each month during the qualification period based on monthly Central Area retail volume*. Each month, the Central Area with the highest retail volume* receives 35 points, the second highest receives 34 points, third highest receives 33 points, all the way down to one point for the Central Area who is number 35 that month. Retail volume* for Consultants who directly promote out from the Central Area during the qualification period is included. Retail volume* for Consultants who demote back into the Central Area during the qualification period is not included. *Retail Volume is applicable for the United States only. Qualifying Volume will be applicable in Australia, Canada and United Kingdom

Parade of Champions Qualification Period: January 1, 2011 December 31, 2011 The top 20 Arbonne Independent Consultants who directly promote out the most first time District Managers during the qualification period will receive onstage recognition. (Ties will be broken by calculating Central District retail volume over the qualification period, including promoted out DM central retail volume.) *Retail Volume is applicable for the United States only. Qualifying Volume will be applicable in Australia, Canada and United Kingdom Spirit of Arbonne The Consultant who earns the Spirit of Arbonne award exemplifies what it means to be an Arbonne Independent Consultant by creating meaningful and challenging opportunities for people seeking financial, professional, social, cultural and intellectual rewards superior to anything available in the industry, and for encouraging all levels in their organization to contribute locally, nationally and internationally to the improvement of our ecological, social and cultural environment. (Spirit of Arbonne recipient will be selected at the sole discretion of the Company) Arbonne Advantage Individuals who earn the Arbonne Advantage Award have, in their own unique ways, greatly contributed to Arbonnes incredible success. Arbonne Advantage Award recipients will receive on-stage recognition.
