Dr. N. Rangaswamy, Professor & Chairman of the Department of Economics at
Bangalore University. He is both my professor and adviser at Bangalore Uni-
versity for the period from 2005 to 2010. And I would like to thanks ICCR
scholarship (India government organization) that gave funds to me for study a
Ph.D.(Economics) at Bangalore University during the same period. Particularly,
