Over 100 Moms have signed up to attend the Mothers Day Breakfast this Sunday morning at 9:30 AM.

I am excited that we will be able to recognize our Moms in this manner and in the worship services also. For those ladies that are not attending there will be combined ladies Sunday School Class in the Sanctuary Sunday morning. There will be no Sunday Evening Services. My thanks to the AWANAS leaders for an excellent end of the year program last Sunday Evening. May is full of special events and services and I am pleased that we have gotten off to such a great start. End of the year does not mean end of attendance or service. I encourage all of you to be faithful in your attendance and diligent in your commitment to serve throughout the summer. I also want to encourage you to be consistent in your giving. Summer is usually the time that our giving slacks off but with your consistency that should not happen. God allows us to take vacations to rest our bodies and rejuvenate but He does not take a vacation nor does the work He calls us to take a vacation. I look forward to seeing you this Sunday.
