Con el uso de las TICs tambin ha cambiado la visin de la prctica docente alejndose de la enseanza de actividades tradicionales y memorsticas hacia una prctica innovadora centrada en el alumno dentro de un entorno interactivo de aprendizaje donde el estudiante cambie su actitud pasiva por una activa al buscar y replantearse los contenidos y procedimientos, desarrollando su iniciativa, al analizar, escoger y seleccionar la informacin que se genera constantemente.

Es necesaria una actualizacin urgente de programas de capacitacin y formacin docente en el uso de las TICs que sea factible a cargo de las instituciones correspondientes de lo contrario el maestro siempre estar rezagado en el cambio tecnolgico, o en el mejor de los casos tendr que volverse autodidacta y por sus propios medios acceder a las teoras pedaggicas acordes y las herramientas que necesita para tener acceso inmediato a nuevas fuentes de informacin y recursos y de igual manera el acceso a nuevos canales de comunicacin que permiten intercambiar trabajos, informacin diversa e ideas, entre otros recursos digitales. Esta poltica educativa implica el apoyo institucional en los aspectos tecnolgicos. Con la dotacin de los recursos tecnolgicos suficientes y televisores, computadoras y conexin a adecuados internet, como
