Target Group Service Description
CIO, IT Management Overview / Approach: The Testing Strategy Assessment is designed to identify organizational approaches that provide suggestion for the following: (1) Reduce the cost associated with developing and maintaining manual and automated test artifacts, (2) How to deploy Test Accelerators into a cu stomer environment, (3) Managing quality throughout the life cycle, (4) Plan for adequate testing procedures like infrastructure and resources. Delivery resources can be onsite and/or remote (Global Delivery).

Customer Issue / Business Need: The lack of a company-wide strategic plan to test and verify the quality of the applications typically leads to ad hoc testing that does not apply a rigorous and methodological approach and therefore often leads to applications that have not been tested thoroughly.
