A Computer is an Electronic machine or device which accepts inputs as data and creates information as output. Computer is invented by the great scientist Charles Babbage. The Computer is build with so many components which should work together to produce the desired output such as running programs, displaying informations on screen, printing documents, browsing internet, playing videos and audios, etc Computer Components are:Central Processing unit - Processor (CPU):- It is the main core and brain of a computer and it performs all kinds of commands & programs given by users. When you run a program, the RAM is getting data into CPU.

Random Access Memory(RAM):- RAM sends data into CPU and runs the program. If there is more RAM then faster will be the processing of CPU and also the program. Normally in very Personnel computer or laptop, there will be a option for expansion of RAM.

Hard Disk: - It stores data to computer when needed. Operating system and all files are saved in the hard disk. In the present market, hard disk price is higher as there was flood in Thailand and also due to its shortage. There are two types of hard disk:- They are

internal hard and external hard disk. Internal hard disk is for putting inside the cabin of the CPU. And external HDD is used for portable storage purpose.

Motherboard: - When the computer is turned on the operating system is taken from the HDD, processed by the CPU and sent to the Ram for use. When the program is running, then the CPU searches for HDD for the program and then processes it and transfers it to the RAM.

Input and Output devices:Input devices are used for inputting data into the computer. Eg:- keyboard,Mouse,etc.. Output devices are used for creating output information to the users. Eg:- Printers, Soft copy,etc..

The Operating System (OS) It is a vital part of a computer, it controls programs, transfers data to the correct programs, handles inputs and outputs and gives you the desktop on your computer. Eg:- Microsoft Windows XP,7,8, Ubuntu, Mac Lion

Programs These are the many different types of programs. For example: Games, Office Programs, Internet Browsers, etc. Eg:- MS office 2007,2010, Openoffice, Mozilla Firefox, Maxpayne 2,etc

Other Internal parts are:- Mice,Keyboard,Joystick, Sound Card,Speaker,Network card,Optical storage medias and USBs Universal serial hub
