The Brooklyn Navy Yard, once known as Americas premier shipbuilding facility, is today home to tenants in such diverse businesses as movie studios, furniture manufacturers, ship repairers, architectural designers, electronics distributors, and jewelers. Visit BLDG 92, the exhibition and visitors center, to explore the Navy Yards past, present, and future. Wedged between the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, the neighborhood of DUMBO Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass is a premier hub of artistic and technological ingenuity. Many of the warehouses and industrial buildings that make up this neighborhood have been converted to galleries, office buildings, and residential units. Brooklyn Bridge Park has revitalized 1.3 miles of former industrial waterfront into a series of playgrounds, sprawling lawns, bikes paths, and athletic fields. Though still in construction, several parts of the park are currently open to the public including Pier 1 and Empire Fulton Ferry. At the end of Montague Street is the Brooklyn Heights Promenade, a third of a mile long pedestrianized esplanade offering sweeping views of the Statue of Liberty, the Manhattan skyline, and the Brooklyn Bridge. MetroTech Center is an urban office and technology campus located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, which is home to NYU-Polys main campus, several tech firms such as MakerBot, and long-time New York companies like El Diario La Prensa. The three-acre landscaped Commons is home to many events and concerts throughout the year, as well as the TKTS booth. Columbus Park is home to the Borough Hall Greenmarket every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday year-round. At the southern end stands Borough Hall, Brooklyns oldest public building. bustling Borough Hall and Fulton Street. Conveniently located PAR K AVE Completed in 2013, Willoughby Plaza is an urban refuge amidst
