About the Assessment Procter & Gamble wants to recognize the substantial commitment you have made to your

education and career development by thoroughly reviewing your qualification s. This comprehensive assessment form allows us to examine many aspects of your background and experiences in order to fully and fairly consider how well your p ersonal profile matches our needs. We are asking you to provide facts on your background and interests, as well as your point of view on issues related to working at P&G. As you respond to the qu estions, make sure your answers accurately describe you and your interests. Ther e are no right or wrong answers. The information you provide in this assessment will be used during the rest of the employment process. Taking the Assessment Here are some things to note before you take the assessment: This assessment takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Depending on your assessment, either a Progress Bar or a Progress Map displays o n each page. The Progress Bar or a Progress Map shows the number of pages you have completed. Questions in the Success Drivers Assessment are required. You must answer each q uestion on the current page before you can use the Next and Back links at the bo ttom of the page to answer new questions or review previous responses. You have seven minutes to click Next to go to the next page. If you do not respo nd in 7 minutes, you will be automatically logged off the assessment. You can re turn to complete the assessment using the link previously provided to you. If necessary, you can leave the Success Drivers Assessment before completion. Th e responses you provided to that point are saved. To do so, click Save & Exit. If you choose to Save & Exit and continue the assessment at a later time, you mu st request that a link be sent to your personal email account. When you have completed the last question, you will be able to submit your asses sment. Only 20 students were chosen nationwide. Leadership Experience Society of Electrical Engineering Students (S.E.E.S) 2012-Present: Was elected president of the Society of Electrical Engineering Stu dents (S.E.E.S). --Set up internet facilities for the final-year class to aid in their project wo rk. --Does free printing of examination dockets and course registration forms for el ectrical and computer engineering students. This is a very expensive activity fo r students to engage in individually. --Collaborating with 3rd year students in the design and construction of a compl ete radio antenna system to serve as a project that would be presented to the de partment of electrical engineering. --Has already organized a sporting competition for the students in the departmen t, and was the first president in the Faculty of Engineering to take this initia tive. --Has also put in place tutorial sessions to assist students with complex course s. --Has already invited engineers in various fields of electrical-engineering to s erve as mentors to current undergraduate students, in a program that will kick o ff in June 2013. 2011-2012: Was elected as welfare secretary for the Society of Electrical Engine ering Students (S.E.E.S). --Led a team of students for an excursion at the Power Holding Company of Nigeri a Akangba, Surulere, and made contacts that have helped other students in securi ng internships.
