March-out
Due to overwhelming amount of damage sustained in the past few years, it is no longer permitted to dismantle or move furniture inside the rooms. March-out Procedure When students move out of their room, they must contact the RMC barrack warden in advance and make an appointment to for their march out. Students need the RMC barrack wardens signature on their clearance card in order to clear out of RMC. The RMC Barrack Wardens signature is the second to last signature required on their clearance sheet. Their room must be cleaned, including floor and sink; linen removed, furniture placed IAW room layout and all doors and drawers left open, ready for quick visual inspection. Refer to pictures below. Do not leave free stuff in the hallways or storage rooms. If you have unwanted items, throw them in the garbage or give them to someone. Cadets who are graduating or moving off campus must leave their empty barrack boxes in their rooms when clearing out. Barrack boxes are RMC property and must not be taken off campus. For the end of year march-out, a sign up sheet for each day of the long weekend will be posted in each barrack block duty room or main entrance a few days ahead of time. Please book an appointment if you are leaving before or after the long weekend. Rooms must be cleaned. Linen removed. Pillow only left on bed. Closet doors opened and drawers pulled open.
