DESERTATION DESERTATION

I did my dissertation on Mediation and Conciliation---alternative forms of commercial disputes resolution which is one of the major requirements for LLM degree. The aim of dissertation was to assess purpose of mediation in Pakistan with special reference to hurdles in its way by analyzing empirical data. I also gave some suggestion at the end through which benefits can be achieved.
