Payment Schedule and Refund Policies 2013/2014

Payment Schedule:
1. Membership & Insurance Fee: $120.00 plus HST total $135.60 due at registration. 2. Tuition: option A or B 2A. Monthly Tuition fee: $62.00/month plus HST for a total of $70.06/month (post dated checks for the 1st of the month, June 2013-May 2014 must be received at registration) 2nd sibling 10% discount $55.80/month plus HST total $63.05/month Or 2B. Full Year Tuition: (10% discount) $669.60 plus HST for a total of $756.65 due at registration 3. Team practice clothes: (2 shirts, shorts, sweatshirt) $75 plus HST due Sept. 15, 2013 4. Competition Uniform: $175 plus HST (includes uniform top, uniform skirt, shorts, hair bow) due October 3rd, 2013 5. Competition Fees: $75.00 plus HST due December 1st 2013. Team shoes are required & information will be provided when it becomes available. Optional team gear may be available for purchase throughout the year (jackets, bags, parents shirts), however they will not be required team items.

Fundraising commitment:
There will be one club fundraiser in September 2013. Each participant will be required to raise $100 towards equipment cost. Once the minimum is reached, all further money raised will go towards the individuals uniform and competition fees.

Refund Policy:
1. The first 2 practices are considered a trial. If a member does not wish to continue after the first 2 practices, a full refund of both membership and tuition will be provided. 2. Membership fee within 30 days is 75% refundable. After 30 days, non-refundable. 3. Tuition fee post dated checks will be returned for the month following cancellation. If paid yearly, the refund will be provided, pro-rated for the month following cancellation. 4. Team Clothing, Uniform and Competition fees are non-refundable once received.

Payment Policy:
Payments are accepted by check made payable to: Beach Cheer Athletics. Child Fitness tax receipts will be provided January 2014. For all NSF checks, a $40 administration fee will be applied. All payments must be received for participation. I have read and understand the payment schedule, fundraising commitment, refund policy and payment policy of Beach Cheer Athletics.
