Delegation
Have you ever wondered how you learned things? Often it is because someone gave
you the opportunity to do something you were not quite sure you can do. This is known as
delegation and it is an important process in the development of learning. There is a four step
process for this to be successful: plan what can be delegated, assign the task(s), determine
a person’s readiness to handle the assignment and follow up to ensure task is being done.
