Abstract:
Our SIP started on the 8th of March 2013 when we were given the documents & materials required to have a proper understanding of the products that the company has to offer which consists of Real Estate Properties in

MAPSKO casabella , NEEMRANA TOWER,nahar par,etc. The following explains the work done as per the objectives of our project proposed.

1. Knowledge of customer behavior is critical for influencing not only product purchase decisions but also important in marketing decisions for a firms. Applications of customer behavior decisions lie on marketing strategies, regulatory policies, social marketing, and informed individual. 2.We convert prospects into customers, which helps us in understanding the consumer wants which is the main aspect in Marketing field of a Company. Through these interactions with the customers we come to know that how the perception about a product & understanding of the market of that product changes in the consumers mind . Personal Selling which involves meeting face to face with the customers we wanted to do our bit for the company by analyzing the factors affecting the sales of our product. So we posted a questionnaire online & asked the customers we met to fill out the copies of the questionnaire (posted online) to gain insights of the factors which affect the buying behavior of the customers.

We also plan to visit the houses to gain insights from the residents as to what were the factors which influenced them in their decision to buy their property.

Indiabulls was started by Sameer Gehlaut, Rajiv Rattan and Saurabh Mittal in May 2000 as an online Stock brokerage .Today, Indiabulls Group has a networth of Rs 20,000 crore .Indiabull is an Indian company headquartered in Gurgaon (NCR Delhi), with its presence in the Real Estate, Infrastructure, Financial Services, Securities, Retail, Multiplex and Power sectors. In middle of 1999, Sameer Gehlaut and his close IIT Delhi friend Rajiv Ranjan bought a defunct securities company with a NSE membership and started offering brokerage services later joined by their friend Saurabh Mittal. In December 1999, the company built one of the first online platforms in India for offering internet brokerage services. In mid 2000, Indiabulls Financial Services received venture capital funding from Mr. Lakshmi Mittal & Mr. Harish Fabiani. Indiabulls is India's leading financial services. The group partnered withFarallon Capital to purchase land-mark bombay land assets and is currently building one of the largest integrated commercial real estate projects in India(valued at more than $2 billion). The group recently entered the Power generation business and aims to have more than 5000 MW of power generation under construction before 2008 end.The three founders today control the Indiabulls Group and own more than$2,000 million worth of stock.Sameer Gehlautwas recently listed in theForbes Billionaires2008 list, and Saurabh Mittal and Rajiv Rattan.

Our Operations is based in Delhi ncr so we could explore the Delhi market only, we had the chance to operate in all the parts of Delhi To overcome this we will do a comparative analysis with the Delhi Market while doing a competitive analysis with Omaxe which is one of Indias leading company in Realty sector using the company database.

PURPOSE: With the increase in the income of the people in India a simultaneous growth is also seen in the investment behavior of the customers. The customers are comparatively investing more. The customer of this century has become much more educated and has a better idea on the alternatives of how to increase there income through different resources and opportunities. This intelligent customer knows exactly how to maximize his derived value.The complexity of the Indian marketplace is dramatically underlined and with the competition becoming intense by the minute, it becomes important for an organization to not only have a strong position in the market but also to have means and ways to enhance it from time to time.

The studied behavior of these customers would be analyzed through different ways and different tools would be used for the same and through this, organization can undertake to maximize its visibility among the prospective future customers. This would also throw a light on the investment pattern of the individuals.

Advertising is an important tool for creating Brand Recognition. It constantly reminds the customers about the product/service a company has to offer. Common Sources of Advertising are Print Media (including Flyers & Brochures), Electronic Media, Internet Promotions, Community involvement, Blogging & Newsletters. Indiabulls has such a large customer base that it does not have to rely on Advertising to create Brand Recognition. It invests very little on Advertisements; Bollywood Actor Saif Ali Khan is the Brand Ambassador & has featured in the new ads of Indiabulls which has a more holistic approach towards the Brand rather than the previous ads depicting Indiabulls Customers to be smart Investors. METHADOLOGY

1.Collecting the primary data through questionnaire and survey form. 2.For secondary data ,company records,some newspaper reviews ,data on money control site and other online research works. 3.The sample chosen is through random sampling. The questionnaire has presented to the respondent in the city of Delhi ncr. 4.From the responses to the questionnaire we will also find out which of the sectors of Indiabulls is doing well in its business and which of its subsidiaries need improvement

What we have done? We have constantly looking for clients in Delhi ncr region. Site visits are one of the important factor of our Sip . We have also done stall marketing by having stalls in the under-construction sites of indiabulls. Presentations are given to clients to build a strong customer base. Factors affecting Sales of the Product. Since our SIP involves around Personal Selling which includes calling to the Financial Service Customer Base &

getting leads to sell the realty properties we have to offer by meeting face to face with the customers & converting these leads into potential prospects. Here we are analyzing the factors affecting the sales of our product. So we posted a questionnaire online & asked the customers we met to fill out the copies of the questionnaire (posted online) to gain insights of the factors which affect the buying behavior of the customers. This Research will be conducted both Online & Offline. Online through free online survey website Quiksurvey.com so as to understand the response of the general crowd finding whether they are investors, if yes then what type of investments they make, what expectations they have in return for their investments. Offline through questionnaires with the same study parameters & questions as in the online survey but the sample here will be the potential clients (leads) & prospect clients (prospect customers). We also plan to visit the houses in the vicinity & gain insights from the residents as to what were the factors which influenced them in their decision to buy their property. Plan for completion of the Project:

The following things need to be done for the completion of the project:

Collection of secondary data from various sources like internet and analysis of the same. Examine and review of articles related to advertising. Evaluate the research findings provided by the survey. Completion of the Project Findings & deciding on the Execution Strategies. Visiting more Customers so as to minimize the chances of errors in the Study.

LIMITATIONS

1.Due to constraint of time and resurces some important segment of population might be missed out. 2.There may be interviewer bias or judgemental bias. 3.There may be redundancy of data.
