The escalation of events changes the command and control communications form day-to-day to an emergency
structure, which is well documented in the FAA 1900.1 and Civil Aviation Security SOPs How well did it work? It
is not perfect and there will be lessons learned. It is impossible to know what changes can be made until the process
can be evaluated. First, the ROC must finish the job supporting command and control over the NAS until is back to
normal.
