Maiocco called the Thirty-Fourth Regular Meeting of the Medford City Council to order at 7:00 P.M at the Howard F. Alden Memorial Auditorium, Medford City Hall. ROLL CALL SALUTE TO THE FLAG RECORDS The Tabled Records of the October 18, 2011 Meeting were passed to Councillor Penta. The Records of the Meeting of October 25, 2011 were passed to Councillor Arena. MOTIONS, ORDERS AND RESOLUTIONS 11-685-Offered by Councillor Lungo-Koehn Be it Resolved that the Mayor update the Medford City Council with regard to the potential replacement of the technology within all of our schools. It would be helpful to find out the extent of the project and a time frame as the council tries to piece together the needs of this community along with capital improvements. Having went to visit the Andrews recently and witnessing first hand the lack of computers in the computer lab was disturbing and frustrating . 11-686-Offered by President Maiocco Be it Resolved that the Medford City Council offer its sincere condolences to the family of Michael F. Davenport on his recent passing. Mike was a long time Medford resident and active in many organizations and activities at the St Raphael parish

11-687-Offered by Councillor Penta Be it Resolved that the issue of new police cruisers be discussed 11-688-Offered by Councillor Penta Be it Resolved that the issue of a long range, well-balanced technology upgrading for our schools, police, fire and municipal buildings be discussed 11-689-Offered by Councillor Penta Be it Resolved since bus stops play an intrical part of a Medford Square re-development, their locations as to future placements be discussed. 11-690-Offered by Councillor Penta Be it Resolved since the proposed $8.5 million Governor's Ave parking garage has caused community controversary as an election issue, the proposal deserves final comment before the Nov.8th election.
