Maiocco called the Thirty-Eighth Regular Meeting of the Medford City Council to order at 7:00 P.M at the Howard F. Alden Memorial Auditorium, Medford City Hall. ROLL CALL SALUTE TO THE FLAG RECORDS The Records of the Meeting of November 29, 2011 were passed to Councillor Penta MOTIONS, ORDERS AND RESOLUTIONS 11-733-Offered by Councillor Marks Be it Resolved that the permit process for dumpsters and moving storage bins on public property be discussed. 11-734-Offerd by Councillor Penta Be it Resolved that a clarification regarding my remarks regarding Agenda 21 and the UN IB program be stated. 11-738-Offered by Councillor Lungo-Koehn

Be it Resolved that the Health Department update the City Council on the number of licenses that the State has granted to massage parlors/salons within the City of Medford. These funds are available due to the supplemental budget that Gov.
