Request for entry and service of decisions on the Petitioner's requests

The Petitioner, Dr Joseph Zernik, files herein a Request or Entry and Service of Decisions on the Petitioner's Requests, for the following reasons: 1. In instant petition, which addresses large-scale fraud in the electronic records of the Israeli courts over the past decade, the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court continues to engage in false and deliberately misleading registrations. Records that were explicitly filed as Requests were not registered honestly and correctly as such. Therefore, the Court is asked to ignore the electronic registrations under Requests and Events, and rely instead on the paper records, which were filed by the Petitioner himself. 2. To this date, the Petitioner has not received a lawful decision on the Petition for a Conditional Decree, which was filed on April 15, 2013. 3. Additionally, the Petitioner has filed the following requests under instant petition file, which were accepted for registration by the Office of the Clerk: a. Request to add a record Additional evidence of corruption in the Tel Aviv District Court filed on May 5, 2013 b. Request for certification of Justice Hayut April 18, 2013 decisions True Copy of the Original - filed on May 12, 2013. c. Request for certificates of Counsel of Record filed on May 23, 2013. d. Request to add a record Judge Esperanza Alon master of mystical secrets of court procedures, or obstructionist with impunity? - filed on May 23, 2013. e.
