Preface

The Indian Textile and Clothing Industry occupy a unique place in the economy. It contributes about 7% in countrys GDP. The second largest employer after agriculture, The Textile and Clothing Industry provides more than 37 million people employment. The basic objective of this project is to enhance our knowledge about the malls and the various leading companies under this industry, as how these companies will react in Indian retail market in quota free period and up to what extent these companies will create wealth for their Stake Holders from the different promotional scheme. Each of the section takes us stepwise from the past performance, the present scenario, and the future reactions of the mall. The study rest on the basis of research work done and conclusion derived thereof. There are several charts and tables have been added to interpret this project easily.
