Crossroads- An Endeavour -2 ( An interschool fest) When the winds of change blow, some build walls, others build windmills.

The challenges for the growing youth are plenty. While on one hand they are bombarded by a plethora of seldom relevant information trying to sculpt them into creations of an illusionary world , they are, on the other hand striving to create, nurture and done an identity for themselves. The tribulation is polarising the youth of today into true and masked citizens of tomorrow. They urge to be responsible citizens of India , yet they are intrigued by the way the society advances and whose promises are by and large a myth. As they move from adolescence to adults and ready themselves to flip new chapters in their life , social intelligence forms a core for the growth of this next generation . Often this is misplaced and it leads to pain and suffering of individuals as their ego puffs into a hollow space. Protected by their family and school , these young individuals feel that life is a bed of roses. Even a small pinch of the reality beyond their comfort zone wheels them into spiraling emotions of confusion, conflicts and condemnations. Their self wants to rise to a heroic icon but they lack direction. Into this realm does Crossroads An Endeavor -2 wants to enter and be a platform to make these young ones understand individual and social roles. The programme encourages the students to take part in activities through healthy competition enabling them to understand their role in this ever evolving society. The events namely Mukti Dhara , Face to Face, Citizen Journalism, Teens (R)evolve, and I think you can dance essence lies in social binding and growing with responsibility. We cordially invite the school student of classes 8 to 12 to take part in this fest being organized on the 3rd and 4th of May 2013. Looking forward for your cooperation and good wishes. Please confirm your participation by the 25th of April 2013 over the phone or email.
