Established in the spring of 2011, ScreenFab LLC is a wholesale manufacturer and distributor of quality window screen and screen door products. Although we are a new company, our dedicated team has over 30 years of experience in the screen industry. ScreenFab offers standard window screens, patio screen doors, and window screen components. Our expertise is in the production of specialty screens, including grids, arches, and complex shapes. We currently manufacture three styles of sliding patio screen doors: Classic, Royal, and Knight. Classic and Royal are aluminum frame doors, with Royal being our more decorative door. Knight is our steel frame door and the more affordable door option.

FABRIC INFORMATION
ScreenFab uses Phifer screening products, the highest quality screening fabric available. Phifer is dedicated to producing quality insect and solar screening and leads the market in the sale of energy saving sun control fabrics.

Greenguard certification ensures that the product is providing better indoor air quality by reducing peoples exposure to chemicals and pollutants.

Microban antimicrobial protection inhibits the growth of stain-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew on the window screen. Microban also helps to improve air quality.

SOLAR SCREENS
Go green by installing solar screens on your windows. Installing solar screens on your windows can help insulate your building or home, lowering energy costs. Screens insulate your home by reflecting the heat in the summertime and preventing the heat from escaping in the winter. Solar screens can block 70-90% of the suns rays, reducing glare and providing daytime privacy. Since solar screens do not touch the window glass, your windows will be protected from the suns heat and the resulting damage it can cause.

Sun control products can absorb and reflect 65 to 90 percent of UV rays. All of Phifers sun control fabrics keep insects out while still retaining good outward visibility.

SUNTEX SCREENING
Phifer SunTex fabrics are a heavy-duty woven mesh designed to reduce glare and block out the suns heat before it reaches your windows. SunTex is ideal for use as a shading fabric while still offering good ventilation and protection from insects. SunTex fabrics are made of vinyl-coated polyester and are mildew and fade resistant, only needing occasional cleaning with mild soap and water.

Phifers standard insect screens are made with Phiferglass, a woven fiberglass that is protected with a vinyl coating. Phiferglass is noncombustible and will not rust, stain, or corrode.

SPLINE
FOAM AND SERRATED SPLINE
ScreenFab carries two types of spline: foam and vinyl serrated. Foam spline is our standard spline for fiberglass screens, while vinyl serrated spline is used with our SunTex or polyester screen fabrics, since vinyl serrated spline holds heavier fabrics better. Thicker screen fabrics will require a smaller spline size.
