PRESENTATIONS Brown, A. M., Cole, M., Everritt, S., & Muhammad, A. (2009). An Evil Fairy Tale: Glow. First Annual Evil Symposium, Statesboro, GA This project allowed co-authors and I to use the concepts learned throughout the semester to write a paper, create a fairytale, and present to the symposium a collaboration of all the main topics from the class. We discussed how people became evil and reasons for that as well as how to help someone that is evil find solutions to make them a more productive individual in society. Brown, A. M., Criswell, M., Woodley, D. & Houge, E. (2009). Alzheimers: Prevention, Diagnosis, and Treatment. Second Annual Health Fair, Statesboro, GA. Alzheimers disease is incurable, but through this project and preparing to present, my team and I worked diligently to help people become more aware of the disease. We also wanted to inform the general public what Alzheimers disease really is. We focused on

detection, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment. This project is to aid those who are not familiar with the disease or those who have it and need informational support. Brown, A. M.. (2010). Female Professor Attire and Student Evaluations of Professors. Paper presentation at the Psi Chi Undergraduate Research Conference, Statesboro, GA. Plans to publish. This project was designed to examine the effects attire of a female professor would have on student ratings such as respect, attractiveness, expertise, etc. We found that the way teachers dress affects students in class performance and overall perceived ideas of the course and instructor.
