Coles - Kincumber
Our Coles Kincumber project is nearing completion. The project involves the extension of the existing 1800m2 Coles supermarket to 3800m2, the addition of six new external tenancies, upgrading of the existing mall as well as the external facade and access ways. To date the following works have been completed: Six new external tenancies Mall upgrade works Extension area of the Coles Supermarket The full project is to be completed in June 2013 Project Value $11,000,000

Ingenia Ridge Estate


Our Ridge Estate Project is located at Gillieston Heights, in the NSW Hunter Region and is a retirement village currently consisting of 17 independent living units. The village is will be expanded with an additional 28 units. PTC Projects successfully obtained the Section 96 Approval for the revised masterplan. Tender negotiations are currently underway with construction programmed to commence in May 2013 Project Value $6,000,000

ESMP Asian Memorial Gardens


The Asian Memorial Gardens project involves the regeneration and revitalisation of an existing area of the memorial park. The works consist principally of burial areas, a chapel, columbarium, ceremonial plaza, landscaping ornamental ponds and other decorative elements, stormwater drainage and remediation. PTC Projects successfully obtained the DA Approval. We are currently managing the consultants to prepare the tender documentation. Project Value: $12,000,000

Feature Project Cessnock Gardens


Project Background
Our Cessnock Gardens Project is located at Cessnock, near Maitland, in the NSW Hunter Region and is an existing rental retirement village consisting of 54 units. The units are being converted to a mix of One Bed, One Bed + Study & Two Bed independent living units. The 1st stage of the works have been completed, consisting of: Refurbishment of the Community Centre Conversion of Buildings 4 & 6 Construction of a carport

Community Centre
The internal works to the community centre involved the replacement of the kitchen joinery, new floor and wall finishes, new lighting, new furniture and an updated colour scheme. The external works to the existing community Community Centre Kitchen - Before centre involved upgrading the floor finishes and replacement of existing furniture to the patio area. Units - Interiors

Buildings four and six originally consisted of seven and eight single bed units respectively, the buildings were converted to the following mix: Building 4 (2) Single Beds, (2) Two Beds & (1) One Bed + Study Building 6 (5) Single Beds, (1) Two Bed & (1) One Bed + Study The unit sizes range from: Single Bed: 32m2 One Bed + Study: 44m2 Two Bed: 51m2 & 64m2

The works to each of the units involved: Updating all wall and floor finishes New lighting New kitchens and bathrooms New air conditioning. Demolition of Existing walls to create the Two Bed and One Bed + Study Units Updated colour scheme

As the original units were very dark in the kitchen areas, skylights were added to improve the natural light for the renovated single bed units. The completed units now offer a superior level of finish and amenity for the residents.

Units - Externals
The existing rear courtyards to the units were uncovered and unusable. The rear courtyards were upgraded to include the installation of an awning, replacement of the privacy screens and painting of the concrete slab. This has now created a functional outdoor space for the owners.
