History:
Embroidery is the art or handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as metal strips, pearls, beads, quills, and sequins. Embroidery is most often recommended for caps, hats, coats, blankets, dress shirts, denim, stockings, and golf shirts. Embroidery and most other fiber and needlework arts are believed to originate in the Orient and Middle East. Primitive humankind quickly found that the stitches used to join animal skins together could also be used for embellishment. During 5000 and 6000B.C, there was Chinese bead embroidery in Siberia. This included drilled shells stitched with unique decorative designs onto animal hides. In 500A.D, Mosaics of Byzantium, there was cloth embroidery with silk, precious stones and pearls. It can be said that tradition of Chinese bead embroidery is origin of embroidery today. History depicts people of ancient civilizations wearing embroidered clothing over 3000 years ago. Excavations have revealed high levels of thread embroidery from the ancient times. Including pure gold thread embroidery and woven shrouds in the tomb of Empress Honorius in 400A.D. The gold threads were melted down and they weighed about 36 pounds in pure metal.

several other form of products. It is a way to give a professional and sophisticated outlook to your products. Embroidery design is used to create eye-catching effects and striking images on the garments, clothing and several forms of outfits.
Advantage: the art illustrations, styles and craft it offers to the products. Most garment and fabric products are enhanced by the use of embroidery designs . Whether you are using products such as caps, hats, gloves or clothing goods or the business is of house hold products such as bed sheets, blankets, carpets etc the embroidery offering can enhance the look of every garment products.

DISVANTAGE.
Is to convert the digital form of designs into a format in which it is easily sewed. This feature may require some delicacy and technical skills and consume much time. -Detail embroidery designs and pattern are very hard to digitize and sometime the price of such embroidery is high and not feasible for most clothing and garment businesses. -The time delays in which the embroidery is design and then sewed sometimes hinder the speed in which products are consumed. -If the embroidery design does not give the desire output then all the time money and effort in designing of the embroidery and implementing it is wasted.
