Successfully transitioned the business model into a community based, high engagement, low cost platform which provided the opportunity to fill a full-time Social Media Coordinator position which increased our social media reach over 300%. Sourced, tested and implemented the use of cost effective software that centralized the customer database, streamlined communication and standardized critical branding elements. As a result, we experienced increased engagement with our community, found significant improvements in quality, cost predictability, timely delivery of information and brand compliance. Ive worked extensively with user-based software and Ive mastered the ability to simplify technology and empower customers to feel in control of their social media presence. Everyone has at one time or another been frustrated with various technology, and its not a great feeling. As a Hootsuite Certiied Professional, I posses an in-depth understanding of Hootsuites products, apps, and services and in turn, the training I provide leaves the customers enthusiastic about their social media possibilities and prepared with the tools they need to actualize them. As an expert in productivity and organization, I am obsessed with inding the most simple and direct course of action to achieve results. The value my customers inherit, is in part, the time saving strategies Ive introduced through streamlining team worklow by using the scheduling and assignment tools. Hootsuite can help customers engage with a speciic region or location by using the Geo-targeting functionality, this is a huge asset to the customers when used affectively. I also demonstrate how to generate custom reports using the comprehensive social analytics tools for measurement of the customers various social media networks or promotional campaigns which illustrates instantly where they are experiencing the greatest return on their effort, and where they are getting the best value. My 10+ years in project management allows me to seamlessly see the customer experience through conception, development, implementation, training, crisis simulation and integration. That has a massive impact for the customer; knowing that there is an experienced, knowledgeable and conident person that they can call anytime. Helping to clear the social media fog, is to me, synonymous with the companies ethos building Hootsuite, one hug at a time.
