Preface
The photos in this book are the result of my exploration of the amazing hobby of photography, which I began in 2006 when I got my first digital camera. I have chosen to share scenes of beauty, nature, and humankind that caused me to fall in love with the places and people I have visited through my travels. So many things attract the eye if we are open to the mystery of the world, and it is my sincere hope that you will find in these pages some measure of delight as well. Whatever your own situation or location, I hope you will be inspired to look a little more closely at the beauty of the world around you as you join me on this journey and see through my eyes.
