OF EXECUTIVE ENGINEER)-M3 & SENIOR DIVISIONAL ENGINEER (M4) IN DVC IN THE STREAM OF ELEC/MECH/CIVIL/IT AGAINST EMPLOYMENT NOTICE NO. PLR/14/EMC/181/01 DATED 04.01.2013 1. Please refer to the DVC advertisement hoisted in the DVC website on 05.01.2013 inviting ONLINE Applications for the above post. 2. The following candidates whose names are shown below have been provisionally shortlisted for the GD, PT & PI based on the entries made by them in ONLINE application for the above post subject to fulfilling the educational and other eligibility criteria. If at any stage of the recruitment process including after recruitment or joining, it is detected that information provided by him/her is incorrect/incomplete/false or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria, or if it is found that he/she has concealed/distorted any material information, their candidature/appointment will be cancelled without assigning any reason thereof. 3. GD, PT & PI of the eligible candidates will be held at DVC Towers, VIP Road (near Ultadanga), Kolkata-700054. All the candidates are requested to report at 9:00 AM positively at DVC Towers, Kolkata (12th floor) as per the Date & time of GD, PT & PI. 4. The list is purely provisional subject to meeting all requirements as laid down in the advertisement and verification of all required documents furnished by the applicants in their ONLINE application. Please note carefully the following guidelines before appearing for GD, PT & PI and documents to be submitted before the DVC Authority. 5. Candidature for GD, PT & PI is subject to meeting eligibility criteria as mentioned in our advertisement for the Post. Date of GD, PT & PI may please be seen where the shortlisting of the candidates has been displayed. 6. While every care has been taken in preparing the list of eligible candidates, DVC reserves its right to rectify any fact-based inadvertent error or typographical mistake. 7. Candidates must bring with them all the certificates etc. in original, with one set of self attested photocopies in support of age (date of birth), educational/professional qualifications, self attested declaration of Experience, Caste Certificate(i.e. SC/ST/OBC latest), Physically Handicapped(PH), NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC) from his/her PRESENT EMPLOYER (IN CASE OF GOVT / SEMI-GOVT / PSU EMPLOYEE), etc. as mentioned in the advertisement / application, which he/she will have to produce on the day of the GD, PT & PI, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the GD, PT & PI. Candidates are also

advised to bring four passport size coloured photographs (front pose) which should be identical to that pasted in their original application, duly self attested. 8. Based on the statement furnished in the Application Form for the Post, candidates are also requested to provide a self-declaration on the experience in the respective trade before or at the time of GD, PT & PI positively failing which the candidate will not be allowed for GD, PT & PI. It may also be noted that if the candidates are selected for the said post, the candidate concerned will have to submit the Experience Certificate as per the self-declaration to be issued by the competent authority of his/her respective organization where the candidates are presently working before or at the time of joining in DVC. 9. Mere appearing the name in the short listed list or mere appearing in the GD, PT & PI does not bestow upon the candidate any right to be selected suo moto to the post applied for. 10. No further correspondence or even telephonic queries on any issue whatsoever whose names are not appearing in the list would be entertained. 11. If candidates fail to bring all the required certificates in original, four passport size self-attested coloured photographs and Caste Certificate (i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PH from competent authority), NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC), Experience Certificate, Identity Card of Present Employer, Photo Identity Proof etc, the candidates will not be allowed for GD, PT & PI. NB: PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW, ANY NONFULFILMENT OF ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT OR NON-SUBMISSION OF SELF-ATTESTED COPY OF CERTIFICATES / DOCUMENTARY PROOF OF HIS/HER CANDIDATURE AS MENTIONED IN THE ONLINE APPLICATION WILL SUMMARILY BE REJECTED AND IN ANY CASE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO APPEAR FOR GD, PT & PI.
