Joining Hults EMBA program I looked forward to meeting female contemporaries who shared my passion and drive. I have some wonderful, fired-up, highly intelligent friends, but none with quite the same mindset as myself. Coming to Hult has helped me connect with these types of women. I think the international student body is what makes it for me. A complete cross section of personal and professional experiences makes for challenging discussions and teamwork. Hults culture and the way it operates fascinates meI can definitely see why other more traditional and established institutions are looking over their shoulders. The campus is open-plan, the faculty are accessible, and the focus is always on how we can improve. Hult feels like a fast-moving business in itself. Listening, responding, innovating, and learningall with a razor sharp sense of humor too. The team at Hult is great to be around.

love the classroom atmosphere at Hultthe can-do attitudes I and the hunger to learn and progress. Its contagious!

Hults diverse student body, Global Campus Rotation program, and solid conviction in cross-cultural understanding have all been of real benefit to my personal and professional growth. I plan to rotate to Shanghai. I am looking forward to visiting China and gaining a real understanding of the countrys different work culture and needs, which will help me in the future when I research potential business opportunities. In class the pace is tough, yet highly organized and collaborative to the point that when you finally make it to the pub for a debrief, friendships have already been naturally formed. I enjoy timely and intelligent humor and Professor Roger Delves uses both in his Team Skills class. He shares his own professional experiences and family stories in order to effectively communicate how we can better get to know ourselves, and manage teams and relationships. My post-EMBA ambitions are to respond correctly in all types of work scenarios. At Hult I will gain the necessary analytical tools and personal stamina to help me approach future professional opportunities with vigor.

Hult staff are very welcoming and ensure you receive all the support you need. Their open door policy steers every issue or person in the right direction.

EMBA Class of 2014, London Nationality: Portuguese Current position: General Manager Servisena Lda (Food & IT)

Having experienced good career progression in engineering and management positions over the past five years, I realized I needed to study an MBA in order to further develop my career. The EMBA is, for me, a stepping-stone towards a more significant position within an organization. Hopefully, this will eventually help me to make a positive contribution to the way the world works. I would eventually like to work in the West and Hult offers me access and the international exposure required for success within international organizations. One of the reasons I chose Hult was the Hult Prizethe fact that Hult is at the helm of such a prestigious challenge and is driving such a noble cause was attractive. I knew that being a part of it, even if in a small way, would be really worthwhile. I am a member of a Hult Prize team. We are very excited to have the opportunity to participate and we hope to make a significant impact by developing a winning solution to a pressing global challenge.

I think that rotating will help me develop new perspectives on global business and offer vital international exposure.

EMBA Class of 2014, Dubai Nationality: Indian Current position: Field Service Manager Honeywell Building Solutions (Industrial Automation)

Thanks to Hults diverse international student body, the atmosphere on campus and in the classroom is really dynamic. Hult students bring with them rich experience from a variety of industries and countries. The international exposure offered at Hult allows students to broaden their network and thinking, thus preparing them for roles in todays globalized business world. The fact that Hult is very international scored highly for me in the selection process. Hults international Global Campus Rotation program was a very attractive element because it allows students to study abroad and extend their networks by meeting fellow MBA students at Hults other campuses. The added value of studying an EMBA rather than a full-time MBA is that we can immediately put the tools, frameworks, and concepts which we have learned in the classroom into practice. At this stage of my career, the EMBA allows me to extend my international network, hone my skills, and learn about all the latest frameworks and tools from todays world of business. I chose Hult because I knew I could learn from my fellow students and the experience they bring to the classroom thanks to their varied professional backgrounds.

Hults EMBA is very flexible which is vital in todays rapidly changing business worldyou can complete the program in up to five years should you require.

My Action Project at Hult has definitely made me more employable. I was involved in online simulations and group projects as part of the project and discovered many new professional fields that I am interested in venturing into in the future. It was great to be able to analyze real case studies and not just learn from books. In todays world everything is global. The world is increasingly interconnected and a global outlook is vital for professional success. The international diversity on Hults campuses shows how students and staff from different cultural backgrounds can work together effectively. Hult gave me the opportunity to interact with people and learn from their experiences. The most rewarding thing about an EMBA is that you can relate the class content to your experiences at work, incorporating what you have learned into your professional life. Accounting and finance are not my strong points. When we started in the the first year I was mortified at the thought of having to study these two subjects. But at Hult, if you voice your concerns help is always offered. I was paired with another professor who gave me additional guidance and helped me every step of the way. I found this support very encouraging indeed.

hen I joined Hult it was already a well-recognized school, W since then it has leapt up the rankings. Im proud to say I have an EMBA from Hult.

EMBA Class of 2011, Dubai Nationality: Indian Current position: Learning and Development Specialist Emirates Airline (Aviation)

The EMBA program at Hult was perfect for me, as I loved the idea of being able to enjoy a top-quality international education in Dubai. The atmosphere on campus was very vibrant and energetic. Hult was home to different people, with varied cultural backgrounds opening up to one another and sharing their wealth of information. I was truly impressed by the entire faculty at Hult. I was especially taken with our Professor of Innovation, Dr. Hitendra Patelhe was very energetic, intellectually able, and really good at challenging students to fulfil their potential. I think for me personally, Hult equipped me with the tools to be able to excel in terms of developing my local network. Most of the MBA students we interacted with were part-time students working in the local area and at a very advanced stage in their careers. The EMBA gave us a platform upon which to further enhance our network. An EMBA doesnt automatically add funds to your paycheck. It does, however, give you the skills and knowledge needed to understand the why, the how, the when, and the if of the business world. That knowledge is what is helping me excel in the workplace and advance my career at a quick pace.

I found the Action Project especially rewarding as we could put all the theory we had studied into practice in just one hands-on project.

EMBA Class of 2011, Dubai Nationality: Saudi Arabian Current position: Product Line Manager Baker Hughes (Oil & Gas)

I chose Hult International Business School because its EMBA program was designed to incorporate the right mix of both cutting-edge and more traditional teaching methods. Lessons were taught by high-level professors who utilized online resources and tutorials allowing students to learn and experience exciting true-to-life business simulations. The schools infrastructure both in terms of facilities and learning tools is of a very high standard. The international exposure that the school offers and the possibility to rotate to Hults other global campuses is also unparalleled. My EMBA program was an amazing two-year journey. I had the chance to meet wonderful people and to share many memorable moments. Hard work in a fun context is what keeps you motivated every day when embarking upon such a major undertaking. Wherever I choose to go in my career, working either as an entrepreneur or as an employee for an established company, the tremendous experiences I had during my EMBA program mean that I am now equipped with the right attitude and discipline to push myself far beyond my own comfort zone.

have now embarked on my own entrepreneurial journey and I thanks to Hult I possess the right tools to tackle obstacles and grasp career opportunities.

After joining Hult, the quality of the faculty and course content, and the friendly, supportive staff members that helped students feel welcome and at home, were all decisive points for me. My network initially grew thanks to my contact with fellow students, many of which were executives at multinational corporations. The faculty also played a major role in helping us expand our global network. Home is the first word that comes to mind when I think back to the atmosphere at Hult. The fact that the campus is open 24/7 made it easy for us to return whenever we wanted. It was a place where friendships could be formed among classmates as we sat and chatted before starting the evening classes. Each faculty member we met had something inspirational to offer us. It would be unfair to single out just one member, as each professor, faculty member, and administrative staff played a pivotal role in making the Hult experience as easy and smooth as possible. It really was a collective effort from the Hult family to help and inspire us, each in his or her special way.

As Hult alumni we are part of a huge global network which can help you find jobs across the worldleveraging your network is vital in todays job market.
