Scope of Inspection: - Witness the FAT inspection of MES Network Inspection Details: Based on the Notification of Inspection the below signed surveyor attended the inspection on 10th June 2013 at M/s. Vector Info Tech Pte Ltd, Blk 3015A, Ubi Road 1, #07-08, Singapore for the Witness of FAT for MES Network Cabinets. Description of Inspection: Dimensional Inspection was carried out for the MES Network Panel as per General Arrangement Drawing. Visual inspection was carried out for equipments, painting surface, cable entries, Breakers, cables termination, Lightings, Ventilation and equipment tag as per GA drawing and found Missing Equipment tag in All panels. Vendor to be fixed the missing tag before shipment. Equipment Quantity /Type / Model was verified as per the GA Drawing & BOM List. Cable termination and tagging was checked as per Wiring Diagram, modifications have to be Updated in Drawing as per as built. Witnessed -Performing System Power up sequence verified as per FAT procedure. Earthing test was not carried out as vendor hasnt provided Earthing for Front door, rear door, & Cabinet Roof. The same was noted in the punch list and advised vendor to clear before shipping System Functionality & Operation Test was carried out as per the FAT procedure. Redundancy test was carried out for Server Room Lan switch (CISCO 4500E) & Ele.Room Lan Switch ( Cisco-Catalyst 3750-X series) Network Ready for Use Test (NRFU) was carried out as per the FAT procedure for Hardware Test, Operation System Tests, Connectivity test & Logical Tests. All Observations were noted in Punch List. Vendor did not provide the Product Data Sheet (MD-451-0000-IN-01415-0006) at time of inspection.
