TERMS & CONDITIONS (FOR CANDIDATE PLACEMENT) With reference to your personnel requirements, we are pleased to submit our terms and conditions, for offering our services, as follows:
1. Our charges for each candidate's placement with your organization will be 4% entry level positions 8.33% up Assistant Managerial level positions, 12.5% from Manager for up to General Manager level positions and 16.67% for Sr. General Manager onwards level positions of the candidates total COST TO your COMPANY per annum. 2. Over and above, a service tax is applicable on the Service charges, as per Government norms. 3. Our payment becomes due after you appoint the candidate(s) with your organization. "CAREER CRATE" against the bill that will be issued to you towards our service charges immediately upon the appointment of candidate(s), payable within 2 weeks maximum. 4. You shall provide us with the complete details of the candidate(s) appointed through CAREER CRATE viz. Date of joining, Designation and Compensation - CTC of the candidate; maximum within 3 days from the date of his/her appointment. 5. We offer a free replacement if the candidate leaves your organization within a period of 3 months of his/her joining. While CAREER CRATE is committed to give you the free replacement of the candidate, your organization shall not withhold the payment for placement of such candidate(s) even in the scenario; the candidate has left your organization before remittance of CAREER CRATEs payment for the said candidate. 6. However, the free replacement is valid only if the same position is replaced. Any new position cannot be adjusted against the free replacement. 7. In case any of the resumes sent by us to you is already in your stock or you have received the same through any other source, you shall inform us about the same by email, within 3 days from the date of receipt, else it will be presumed considered from CAREER CRATE.

8. Once your organization has taken the contact detail of any candidate from CAREER CRATE or if he/she has been invited for an interview, through our Resource Department, such candidate(s) if selected by your organization will be in CAREER CRATE account exclusively. 9. The resumes sent to your organization will remain the asset of CAREER CRATE until: The candidate(s) has not left his/her present employment and continues to work in the same organization, which stated in his/her resume, sent to you by CAREER CRATE. OR Period of 12 months from the date of resume(s) sent to you by CAREER CRATE , whichever is later. 10. You shall provide us with the Details/Reasons of the Rejected Candidates, within 3 Days from: a) The date of receipt of the CVs OR b) the date of Interview held as the case may be, respectively. 11. You shall give PROPER UPDATION to CAREER CRATE on Regular basis about the candidate(s), those short-listed by your company, from the beginning till the final selection/rejection of the candidate(s), as the case may be. 12. The annexed Requisition Form forms an integral part of this T&C, which may be furnished for each position preferably through mail.
