Capacity Building Blocks is a 10-part series of workshops for nonprofit practitioners. The workshops are held on the client site, or mutually-agreed upon location. The interactive workshops provide a balance of instruction, case studies and group activities designed to help participants strengthen their organizations infrastructure, and position it for long term sustainability.
