Jeanette (CONCERNED PARENT) 469-422-9412 Santana Garcia On July 17 SES Vice President Rebeca Ervin came by my house to congratulate my son Santana Garcia for completing his 29 hours of tutoring and brought instructions to set up his lap top which she was not aware he did not received his lap top. She said she would take care of this issue and showed Santana's grandma Seffe Luna the 29 hours of tutoring he completed and had her sign, and left her business card with Santana's grandma. The next day I spoke with Jennifer wilth Alternatives unlimted and she told me that she had spoken with Rebeca and that Santana would receive his lap top in 1-2 weeks. Jennifer mentioned that the reason it was taking so long because they were hiring new employees for the Dallas location. On July 23 my son Santana Garcia receives the Dell lap top instructions with a cd to load computer setup. On July 24 I get a phone call from Lillian with Alternative unlimited the message she left on voicemail " sorry for the misunderstanding but Santana will not receive a lap top but he would receive a gift card" I called back and told her that was not the agreement when he was signed up. The agreement that was to low income families that the kids received free or reduced lunch and to complete 29 hours of tutoring to receive a lap top. I have proof of the information sent by mail. I been dealing with then for several months and all I get is a run around and no call backs. They have several locations and also left messages to Lisa in Las Vegas no answer from her, Rebecca Ervin SES Vice President, West Region, 1131 W Sixth St suite 230, Ontario,CA 91762, 206-306-6750 and no call back from her, Jennifer 1800-790-0597. Alternative Unlimted are on TEA SES approved providers program list. The are giving fraud information to get them signed up with this company. They are promising a lap top upon completing 29 hours of tutoring which has not been done. Please investigate this Alternative Unlimted company, they are abusing the system and taking from these students. My name is Jeanette cell # 469-422-9412 and my son is Santana Garcia.
