Silence is Consent
Volume 1 Issue 2
____________________________________________________
The South Mississippi Tea Party was founded in 2009 by men and women dedicated to the restoration and maintenance of limited government. We are a true grass roots organization requiring no dues or fees, no applications, tests or formal membership. Our primary purpose is to attract those of like mind who wish to work together for a common goala free society governed by the rule of law. Unless it's your job to be curious, who really has the time to sit and ask questions and explore issues? Barack Obama, The New Yorker, May 31, 2004 If the people cannot trust their government to do the job for which it exists - to protect them and to promote their common welfare - all else is lost. Barack Obama, speech, Aug. 28, 2006 I think that the Democratic Party and progressives generally have gotten confused in getting trapped in this debate about are you liberal or are you centrist? I'm not interested in being a centrist or rushing to the middle, in the sense of just splitting the difference with a radically ideological Bush administration. And thats how I think we got into trouble in many instances, was we just kept on splitting the difference until you find out you don't stand for anything, you just keep on compromising. Barack Obama, Tavis Smiley Show, Oct. 23, 2006

Tyranny: Beyond a Reasonable Doubt

Nine years ago Barack Obama asked the New Yorker, Who has time to ask questions and explore issues? The press does, thats their job. But they havent been doing their job. Most Americans get their news about the government from these news outlets. However, unknown to most is the incestuous relationships, including family and financial ties between the press and the government. So the proper question should be, Whos going to ask relevant questions and explore serious issues? The answer: we are. Its true that it is not our job to ask questions and be curious. But if we value our liberty, it becomes our duty to do so. With the explosion of scandals and obvious criminal acts against the people opposed to Obama and his policies just now coming to light, we have confirmation that the tyranny we feared is real and very effective. We need not detail the scandals here. Suffice it to say that the Tea Party movement began after the Obama Administration took

office because some citizens saw beyond the charade. When we raised the flag we were called conspiracy theorists, kooks, racists and extremists. And we were called that by the very same people whose job it is to keep an eye out for government tyrannythe press. If the people cannot trust their governmentall else is lost, says Mr. Obama in a 2006 speech. The press needed to ask this man who he considers the people? It certainly cannot be the people the IRS were harassing. This has been going on since early 2010 when the Tea Party became a real threat to the man, not interested in being a centrist or rushing to the middle. If a government is criminal it stands to reason they would monitor those who might uncover it. It is our good fortune to have that come to light as well. The press, those allies of the Administration were also targeted secretly. Perhaps theyll be at least our temporary ally in an effort to assert their own rights. We can reasonably assume that all federal agencies are tainted with tyranny simply because they are headed by one tyrant or the oligarchy that controls him. Who will look into that for us? But there remains a major factor in these crimes that has yet to be properly reported. The primary question now which will have the most chilling and lasting effect is: Why hasnt anyone in the government bureaucracy come forward for 3 years? Are all federal employees that stupid as to not see or even participate in such obvious crimes? Federal employees are well paid, enjoy excellent benefits and to fire an incompetent one takes an act of congress. But a whistleblower can see all that charm disappear in an instant. Thats incentive enough to keep many mouths shut even for principled employees with mortgages and car payments. Consider however, the concept of diversity. Since President Johnsons 1965 Executive Order (EO) mandating that all federal agencies apply affirmative action in the hiring of minorities, the entire bureaucracy has made a massive shift to the left. The Kennedy Administration aided in the infusion by opening up federal employment to unions a few years prior. Johnsons EO became the basis for a series of laws and sucked up private business and institutions that take federal money. Institutions devoted solely to diversity started springing up such as the Defense Race Relations Institute, now called the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute which began forcing military

personnel into politically correct re-education camps as early as 1972. Many federal employees entering government service during those times are now high level bureaucrats. During the Bush Administration blacks made up 10.1 % of the national workforce, 13% of the population but 17.4 % of federal workers. The only federally employed minority group that does not exceed its civilian percentage is Hispanic. The Hispanic category was invented by the Nixon Administration in 1972, in part to increase the number of minorities in government service. Literally millions of white people became instant minorities when that happened. Of course, a sizable number of Hispanics are black and may choose to identify as such. Therefore, the numbers game played by the government may be more show than substance. Nevertheless, minorities tend to lean left in appreciation of those who produce the show and the productions become more elaborate every year. So with a healthy infusion of minority workers, great pay, benefits and unions to protect incompetent and criminal employees, the synergistic effect of a left wing steam roll within the federal (and many state and local governments as well) seems to be a reasonable explanation of why no one comes forward to report corruption. And it is all the more reasonable to expect silence when the corruption is designed to damage those working to limit the size of the candy man. We now have proof that there is a tyranny and that it is directed toward us. Hopefully, we can keep the fire under these scandals burning until the rats jump ship. It has been difficult with a hostile press and an indifferent populace. But now the press is on fire and, if for no other reason they report the corruption to save themselves, we should be assisting in that effort. No doubt the press is just as addicted to the easy life as the federal bureaucracy. We cant afford to ease up just because we might have a powerful, temporary ally. We still need to concentrate where we can do most goodin our local communities. Keep us here at VoR informed. We need reporters, sources and suggestions. We also need to spread the word to others less informed. You can make a difference. Stop the tyranny now. Join us. Dick Lancaster, Editor

Chairmans Message
Hello, and welcome to the South Ms Tea Party newsletter, Voice of Reason. My name is John Rhodes, Chairman of this outstanding group of Patriots. Thomas Jefferson said, "All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent." It is well past time for us to stand up and be heard. We will not be silenced. We hear a lot about National and State news, but very little about local and countywide news, especially when the newspaper only gives you the liberal side of an argument. Sometimes, even worse, they do not print stories that conflict with their agenda- lying by omission. We hope to change that with this newsletter. Our plan is to let you, the reader, be our reporters. Any pet peeves, gripes or injustices

you see, you can feel free to write us a letter or column and send them to us. The Tea Party has some of the most informed people in this country. Now is the time to put that expertise to work. You dont have to be a member or even live in Mississippi to contribute. We keep a close eye on the State and local lawmakers to monitor their votes and bills that are being proposed. We even propose some of them ourselves and seek out conservative Legislators to champion our cause; which is smaller, less intrusive government, fiscal and personal responsibility, freedom and literal interpretation of our beloved constitution. We will keep you informed of our progress and seek your advice for moving forward. Before closing, I would like to thank all those involved in the creation and maintenance of this newsletter. All Tea Party work is done on a volunteer basis, and this is a lot of work. We look forward to hearing from you. God bless you, and God bless the United States of America. The Story of Robin Hood and Agenda 21

Remember the story of Robin Hood stealing from the nasty rich to give to the down trodden poor. The rich were not rich capitalists. There was no capitalism. The rich were the government, the King, his family and friends. The King was the government. And the King, that is government, owned all of the property-- the castle, the farmland and the forests. The government was the King, his family and his special friends, like the IRS tax collectors, the Kings guard or DHS and all of his many cronies that sucked up to him for special favors and control of some of the land--hence, landlords. There were no citizens. There was no middle class. There were no property owners. There was no capitalism. The government owned all of the capital, all of the land and all of the forests. So, there was Government and there were serfs. There was government and poor people that depended on government. The people could grow crops and build a shack but they were subjects, constantly subjected to confiscation and harassment by the government, the Kings friends and employees (SEIU, NEA, NTEU, EPA, FDA & HHS). These were all the Kings friends that he gave favor and power to in exchange for their support. This is where Agenda 21, Sustainable Development and Smart Code want to take us. Government owns all land and government can allow use of the land to those who will use it wisely; in its opinion, their friends and followers also known as members of The Party or Comrades. Remember that the King owned the forests? No one could hunt there. The game in the forest, also known as food also belonged to the government. If a person (serf) hunted there he was executed. This is the Wildlands Project. Modern day evidence of this is the gopher frog land scam in South Mississippi, restricting 7,000 acres. Add to that

the Dam Scam, the blowing up of hydroelectric dams in the northwest and the California Delta Smelt issue that shut down farming and cost 800,000 jobs in Californias Central Valley. The Wildlands Project is the plan to restrict up to 80% of the land in America from access by humans. Uhhh, that is non-governmental humans. Im sure those with the proper government credentials will still get access. In fact, the restricted lands will probably become resorts for the chosen in government. This is where Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, Smart Code and the Wildlands Project will takes us. Government owns the property, allows its friends to help control it and the serfs get to live in government housing and work at government jobs, live the government authorized life style and get government rationed healthcare and government rationed power. The government owns all of the land and the serfs are allowed to use some of it as government sees fit. God Save America. Barry Neyrey, Boardmember

May Meeting Review

This months South Mississippi Tea Party meeting was opened by our Chairman, John Rhodes at 6:30pm on Monday, May20th followed by scripture reading and much needed prayer by our Chaplain Warren Gaffney. Secretary, Monica Boudreaux, led us all in our countrys Pledge of Allegiance and singing our National Anthem. Its worth coming to this meeting just to hear her beautiful voiceso cmon down!!! We were fortunate to have Brice Wiggins at this month. The conservative State Senator was informative and answered many questions from our patriot attendees. Our group was informed about HB2 which becomes state law on July 1, 2013. It allows for open carry of a gun. Most at the meeting felt an amendment needs to be added to require some type of safety training and have some type of badge to identify an armed carrier before open carry goes into effect. Sen. Wiggins was agreeable to this suggestion and will take this back to Jackson for serious consideration. Another important subject covered was Common Core and Cscope and what his knowledge was of this program. I personally know that ST. Martin Upper Elementary will begin this Common Core in 2014-2015 because I was doing volunteering through my church for the state testing last month. At the training program, I was able to speak with some teachers and parents. I regret to say they knew nothing about this program. Some of our members thought that Senator Wiggins did not have all of the facts on this issue and one of us provided him with additional information. Senator Wiggins (R, Dist. 52, Jackson Co.) can be reached at: bwiggins@senate.ms.gov. Please go to our main web page to find out more about Mississippi legislation, how to reach your representatives and important national news every citizen should know.all that threatens our freedoms will not go away by ignoring it. Please become involved and concerned and contribute your time. Our America is worth it! And do research on Common Core. It was adopted by National Governors Association but is implemented by the federal government. Need I say more?

The final issue to be noted is about Vehicles for Hire, concerning the Harrison County Vehicle for Hire Commission. Independent cabbies were being threatened with enormously high fees set down by the Commission. Basically, an out of state Yellow Cab company seemed to be taking over without paying the same taxes as the independents. Paul Boudreaux, our Sergeant-at-Arms and candidate for Biloxi City council, showed up at the Commission hearing with attorney Scott Petrowski, who made a Pro Bono appearance for the independent cabbies. After winning for the small independents, local tyranny was addressed and the cabbies remain in business. Three cheers for the small independent cabbies!! One has to be committed and love this country to be dedicated to the cause of freedom.are you up to this? Can you pray for our country every day? Whether your answer is yes or no come join us. We invite everyone to attend. Our group is all volunteer and relies on donations, income from sale items and raffles at meetings. Yours in peace, liberty and love, BERT Editors Note: Senator Wiggins came across as a willing, if not eager to take suggestions from constituents. In an email to our associate editor Bert, the Senator invited feedback from us on a specific issueeducation and how to improve it. Some felt that the Senator had not done enough homework on Common Core and he did not mention Cscope. That may be true since the website, at least for Common Core creates a very benevolent picture. Although pragmatic, as a politician must be, he reminded us that we do have an opposition and that we should strive for solutions that have a chance at success. Here is his challenge and your responses will appear next month in the Follow-up section. (See back page for contact information): Question--- We agree that MSs education needs improvement----we are last in the nation. We agree that our standards must be raised. The MS Constitution, written in 1890, requires us to educate our citizens. What Senator Wiggins solution or options do you or the group propose to address our education problem in the state? (I understand vouchers but that is who and where. I mean what and how our children actually learn so they can compete at the highest levels). I am totally committed to hearing and pushing for any such solution to our problem. Wiggins address to the membership also featured a review of some of the law changes to take effect next month. That review will be detailed in next months issue.

Action Alerts
S.744 Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Reform Act S.744 entitled Border Security, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Modernization Act has been placed on the Senate calendar and could come up by the end of this week. Patriots must go into action to ensure that this measure does not pass.

Call our Mississippi Senators today and every day until the vote to remind them why this bill is bad for America and that we expect them to vote no! Make the call today: Sen. Thad Cochran Sen. Roger Wicker Why we oppose S.744: Grants amnesty to illegal aliens simply after the Secretary of Homeland Security submits plans to secure the border; Grants amnesty to criminals and gang members; Does not require amnestied illegal aliens to pay back-taxes; Does not require amnestied illegal aliens to learn English; Allows illegal aliens to sue the government for amnesty; Allows the open borders and pro-amnesty lobbies to sue to prevent enforcement measures from taking place before illegal aliens can receive green cards; Requires taxpayers foot the bill for illegal aliens to fight deportations at the Attorney Generals sole and unreviewable discretion; Requires only 3 of 9 southern border sectors to have a 90% apprehension rate, leaving the rest in the porous status quo; Grants green cards and citizenship after 5 years to illegal aliens claiming to have come to the U.S. before the age of 16 who meet certain criteria and Effectively halts all deportations for years by requiring Homeland Security to allow every illegal alien its agents intercept to apply for amnesty and prohibiting agents from deporting them until the illegal aliens application is adjudicated. 202-224-5054 202-224-6253

Southern Poverty Law Center Decends on Moss Point School

The Newest Face on the Fundraising Brochures.
Perhaps a good number of people have read about the alleged bullied, 16 year-old lesbian at Magnolia Jr. High in Moss Point last March. It became hot news when the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) became involved and issued a demand letter to the school district to stop the alleged bullying. The School Board issued a brief statement condemning, [a]cts such as these and declined public comment due to an on-going investigation.

When we first contacted the school district to find out the results of their investigation, we were told they were too busy winding up the school year to comment and referred us to the Jackson office of the SPLC! The SPLC already claimed to have conducted an extensive investigation of the bullying charges brought about by student requests prompting the demand letter. Their side was abundantly reported. There has to be another side to this story, but no ones willing to present it. Repeated calls over a 3 week period indicated to us that school authorities were intimidated into silence. We would not get their side. Stephanie Packer is Director of Communications at the school district and told us she had been advised not to communicate with any outside party related to the alleged bullying. She was also unaware of the contents of the SPLCs demand letter, a curious admission from a Communications Director. She promised to put us in touch with the schools attorney, Henry Pate but we have yet to hear from him. We are not naming the accuser because her story isnt unique, she is a juvenile and an alleged victim and if her claims are embellished we do not want to exacerbate the claim. She can be found easily on line if the reader needs more background. The important story here is the SPLCs involvement. The demand letter goes beyond the righting of a wrong or the championing of an abused individual. The SPLC wants to assert its malignant influence into our schools. If school authorities were as cruel as claimed, then the SPLC will make our children pay. Regardless of the facts, the young lesbian has already become a national cause with the involvement of the SPLC and she may well see her face on their newest fundraising media.

Whos Different and Whos Special Different?

Homosexuality consists of attraction, conduct and identity. The jurys still out on attraction, when and how it arrives and when it becomes conduct and identity. Both attraction and identity can be embraced without conduct and here we have a conundrum, especially when it applies to law. If an individual is attracted to the same sex but does not engage in any act, are they legally homosexual? The same question could be applied to attraction that leads to homosexual conduct whereby the individual does not identify as gay. Moreover, can an individual identify as gay without attraction or conduct? With the increasing maternal attention heaped upon victims is it not possible an attention starved youngster might adopt the dress and mannerisms of the gay stereotype without the slightest inclination to indulge the act? Such conduct is not unusual in adolescents. The boy in the cowboy clothes might not even know what a horse smells like nor might the Goth impersonator know what the darkness brings short of an Ozzie Osborne CD. Teasing a pseudo cowboy and a Goth enthusiast may be immature and unkind but it does not bring national publicity. However, teasing a girl who assumes the gay identity, valid or not can be a civil rights violation. So the question of teasing, or in todays vernacular, bullying becomes one of privilege of category. Who gets the big payout for the indignities of teasing, the drugstore cowboy, the pseudo Satanist or the quasi-lesbian? The question is quite serious because severe national policy changes have resulted from incidents more petty and obscure than the one under scrutiny here. What is normal? Is there such a thing as a normal, run-of-the-mill student? What constitutes a minority and can we add all of these minorities up to make a majority? If all minorities are considered abnormal then can we combine

them all into a significantly large enough group of abnormal individuals to force us to conclude they are the new normal? Then what becomes of the formerly normal individuals? Are they now abnormal? Such absurd questions have been taken seriously in this country since the mid-sixties. Lyndon Johnsons Executive Order instituting affirmative action in federal hiring created the first category of special citizensblack Americans. Of course they werent the only group of oppressed citizens and post haste we created special slots for women, invented Hispanics and made them special, Asians, Pacific Islanders (who did not like being Asians), Native Americans (excluding all native born Americans that could not trace their lineage to pre-Columbus America), homosexuals, all religions except Jews and Christians, border-crossers and so on. Early on we called this diversity and were encouraged to celebrate it. Unfortunately, Italian-Americans were not given a chance to become Italics as entitled and were forced to roam the countryside among the unspecial white, straight, male, Christians and Jews. The only way these unspecial people could become special was to become gay. This absurd and ridiculous concept of special citizen was not based in altruism, compassion or even convenience; it was all based on politicsleftist, destroy the old guard, politics. We know this to be true because there were never any attempts or intent to sunset these laws as would have been appropriate if they were designed to actually assist these allegedly oppressed groups into the mainstream. At some point victory would have been declared and these laws would have been repealed. Instead, we see what we see today; a slow and methodical push for more power aided by an army of special citizens beholden to their superior benefactorsthe left. Successful minorities, many of whom reject the special label, are vilified by the left for simply becoming what the left claimed to have offered them. The Progressive goal is damaged when one of their clients becomes conservative. When a minority individual embraces the traditional values associated with conservatism, the left considers this the ultimate betrayal. They didnt put all of that hard work into creating a pawn to have it just walk off the board or worse, join the opponents. This is why mature minorities are treated much more harshly than your average, everyday conservative. No other group in America has mastered the art of compassionate malignancy with such consistency and drama than the Southern Poverty Law Center. Their cancer grows on everything and they have been in our schools eating our childrens minds for more than 20 years. It is not a civil rights group, it is an infection and now it is here.

Superman in a Joker Suit

When we think civil rights most of us think black. The toxic residue of slavery was still poisoning the country a century after abolition. When television became affordable in the early 60s a race lazy country saw fire hoses and dogs unleashed on people who just wanted to eat in a restaurant. They saw college students escorted to school by soldiers. They saw for the first time what older Mississippians remember living with and the country didnt like it. They wanted to help. Where do we send our money? That perked the ears of a mail order marketing entrepreneur and lawyer named Morris Dees. In 1971 he and his partner established the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) in Morris Dees, founder of the SPLC. Montgomery, Alabama with a promise to rid the nation of the Klan. It was a dangerous job but a very popular one and he finally succeeded using an unheard of tactiche sued them. Dees received a well-deserved reputation as a Klan-slayer and his SPLC became the foremost civil rights organization in the country.

Dees was so successful he had to change the name of his quarterly magazine first published in 1981from KlanWatch to Intelligence Report to keep the nation riveted on the epidemic of hateful white men terrorizing the country once the Klan stopped bringing home the bacon. Intelligence Report and shortly thereafter its weekly blog cousin, HateWatch compiled a collection of right wing hate stories from news-worthy events to local fist-fights. The Klan simply didnt scare enough donations to the SPLC anymore. However, crazy white men did, the donations increased and all was fine in the business of hate-fighting. Coincidently, about this time in the late 80s and early 90s, thought crimes began to gain traction and eventually became real laws passed by a real congress against hate crimes just as Mr. Orwell had predicted. It is now possible to triple a prison sentence simply by thinking an unkind thought during the commission of a crime, even a minor one. An illegal thought can now be proven beyond the traditional reasonable doubt by imposing psychic gifts on a jury. How did that happen in America with so few objections? Well, read on. The SPLC created Teaching Tolerance in 1991, the same year Tailhook began the serious effort to rid the military of its military culture. Teaching Tolerance intended to rid our schools of the scourge of hate and intolerancethe American culture. Many lesson plans are provided for teachers at no cost. These lessons vary in scope and detail but are consistent in their promotion of left wing ideology and general distain for American traditions. The SPLC also found militia groups to be a good source of fear, focusing on the hard core elements and extrapolating from that a massive anti-government movement. And what could be more convenient for hate hunters than a string of high profile violent acts against the government such as Ruby Ridge, Waco and Oklahoma City all of which have more plausible fact-based scenarios than the official government history. Timothy McVeigh became the SPLCs poster boy of hate; the straight, white male soldier patriot and hence, the patriot movement became the new symbol of hate. The SPLCs hate list was now very legitimate. But underneath that civil rights Superman cape is a Joker suit.

Big Money-Big Influence

Since establishing itself as a formidable civil rights charitable organization, the SPLC has amassed over a quarter of a billion dollars in its mattressand more tucked away in the Caymans making it the wealthiest civil rights charity on the globe. In 1986 the SPLC lost its entire staff of principled civil rights attorneys all of whom quit in protest over Dees tight directives concentrating on the money-making fight against a waning Klan and ignoring more prevalent civil rights issues. When the Klan dried up and the money fizzled the SPLC learned to adapt and create new lucrative threats to the poor and downtrodden. In addition, they had to find some additional categories of poor and downtrodden to defend. The rising economic tide was raising all boats and black Americans were taking to sea. It is not a surprise that such a left wing organization would fail to see hate spewing from left wing radicals. The SPLC itself spews hatred enough of it. Currently, there are over 1,000 hate groups in the country, according to the SPLC. They list a few black separatist groups because they have to but for the most part, all are ideologically to the right. However, the most dangerous, violent and committedradical jihadists, never made the hate list. It seems that domestic jihadist groups would top the list of right wing hate on the SPLCs list, but there is not a one to be found. Why? Why would the SPLC fail to notice a group that abuses its women, cannot tolerate other religions, beheads homosexuals and not only consistently threatens those who oppose them but carries out those threats, or attempts to, just as consistently? Ironically, the SPLC champions the cause of Muslims, a staunchly right wing religion even without its lethal component. This one anomaly alone should be studied by those who

have an investment in the belief that the SPLC is a civil rights organization. If so, it is a selective one. And there can be no integrity for a selective civil rights group. One has to look at the money. How much oil rich Arab money would pour in if the SPLC attacked Muslims as effortlessly as they attack Christians and put jihadists at the top of their hate list?In April, 2009 a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) report on domestic terror threats was leaked, originally intended for national distribution among law enforcement agencies. Two separate reports were compiled; one studying left wing threats and one from the right. Neither mentioned Islamic jihadist cells, prison recruitment nor American converts to Islamic jihad even though there were at least 20 known relatively recent cases when the assessments were being prepared, including the 2002 Washington, DC beltway sniper. The left wing report mentioned eco and cyber terrorists. But it was the right wing conclusion that created the uproar forcing the DHS to disband the study team. The conclusion: Disgruntled Military Veterans DHS/I&A assesses that right-wing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans to exploit their skills and knowledge from military training and combat. These skills and knowledge have the potential to boost the capabilities of extremistto carry out violence. The willingness of a small percentage of military personnel to join extremists groups during the 1990s because they were disgruntled, disillusioned or suffering from the psychological effects of war is being replicated today. ---After Operation Desert Shield/Storm in 19901991, some returning military veterans---including Timothy McVeigh---joined or associated with rightwing extremists groups. ---A prominent civil rights organization reported in 2006 that large numbers of potentially violent neoNazis, skinheads and other white supremacists are now learning the art of warfare in the [US] armed forces.

The DHS assessment made a sweeping generalization. All veterans of course, are not right-wing. By its nature and volunteer status, the US armed forces may attract more traditionalists than in the general population but it can hardly be generalized as right-wing. The assessment was, however, a very selective sweep. Ali Mohamed served in the US Army in the mid to late 80s. Prior to that, he had served in the Egyptian Army unit that assassinated President Sadat. While serving with the Green Berets he took a thirty day leave to train al Qaeda recruits in Afghanistan. He set up the cells which ultimately led to the American Embassy bombings in Africa and the carnage on 9/11. He was finally arrested in 1998. To this day no one can say if he has been sentenced. No one knows where he is. No one caused more damage and death to Americans since WWII than Ali Mohamed; not even Timothy McVeigh. Have you ever heard of Ali Mohamed? Army Sgt. Hasan Akbar rolled a frag into his COs tent in Kuwait just before the 2003 Iraq invasion. Two officers died and 14 were wounded in the ensuing chaos. His diary entries in the early 90s profess a hatred of Caucasians and loyalty only to Islam. The classic, lone wolf terrorist, also known as the beltway sniper served in the Armys 84th Engineering Company. In 2002, eight years after his Honorable Discharge John Muhammad killed ten people in the Washington DC area with the help of a juvenile companion. There is no mention of him in the DHS assessment. Semi Osman served with the US Navy in Tacoma, Washington. He was part of a refueling unit that used trucks similar to those used to destroy the Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia. Nineteen servicemen died. He was arrested in 2002 in connection with a jihadist training camp in Oregon and deported. While hunting the beltway sniper authorities made a connection to Osman when Gitmo detainee Ferod Abbasi name dropped one James Ujaama. An American computer expert, Ujaama trained terrorists in both the US and Pakistan. Osman and Ujaama ran the US camps where the beltway sniper trained. Investigators were surprised to find Ujaama up to his neck in murder services because he had received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition and the Washington State Legislature had declared June 10, 1994 James Ujaama Day in honor of his community service. Former Army reservist Jeffry Leon Battle was part of the American home grown terrorist group known as the Portland Seven. He was indicted for enlisting in the reserves to receive military training to use against America. Battle is the exact prototype mentioned in the DHS assessment, but Battle himself is not mentioned nor are the camps in which he trained. Paul Hall converted to Islam in 1995 and joined the Navy two years later as Hasan Abu-jihaad, or Hasan Father of Holy War. It is doubtful a sailor calling himself PO3 Robert Death to America would have been given a security clearance. But PO3 Father of Holy War was and used that information to report American ship movements to other jihadists. Honorably discharged in 2002, he was arrested in 2007 and charged with treason when his cell unraveled. He was convicted in March 2008 and sentenced to ten years. All of the above terrorists served in the military with the exception of Ujaama and all of them displayed alarming behavior which took considerable effort not to investigate. These are just the more infamous ones.

---The FBI noted in a 2008 report on the white supremacist movement that some returning military veterans from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have joined extremist groups. Lone Wolves and Small Terrorist Cells DHS/I&A assesses that lone wolves and small terrorist cells embracing violent rightwing extremist ideology are the most dangerous domestic terrorist threat in the United States. Information from law enforcement and non-governmental organizations indicates lone wolves and small terrorist cells have shown intent---and, in some cases, the capability---to commit violent acts. White military veterans somehow became the most dangerous domestic terrorist threat in the United States while the FBI was chasing down Muslim immigrants and black American converts actually engaged in violent acts within our borders (see Timothy McVeigh, the sidebar above). How did the DHS come to that conclusion? SPLC's "poster boy" of hate. The use of his That non-governmental organization (NGO) is the SPLC. It is also the prominent name and image was civil rights organization that reported large numbers of white GIs learning the art of justification for the warfare. So the reasoning is quite circular when the SPLCs Intelligence Project massive insult to Director, Mark Potok says, Basically, the report tracks fairly closely with what we American military have been saying for some time now. They mention us a couple of times [in the veterans accused of assessment], though not by name. being the most dangerous domestic If the DHS incorporates the SPLCs assessment into an official government report, of terror threat. course its going to track closely with what the SPLC has been sayingits actually the SPLCs work product. And remember, this report was destined for nationwide distribution to law enforcement and was not to be made public. Potok goes on to say that the DHS assessment, confirms that white supremacists are interested in the military. There is some concern, and there should be, about returning veterans, one need only think of the example of Timothy McVeigh, who was in the first Iraq war. The Oklahoma City bombing, officially blamed on two ex-army misfits is a disturbing story about government more so than wayward souls who served it. The most comprehensive big picture story on the incident can be seen on YouTube titled, A Noble Lie. To this day the implausible and discredited official story still tracks fairly closely with what [the SPLC] has been saying for some time now. But Potok is not just the Intelligence Project director for the SPLC. He is also the editor of the SPLCs Intelligence Report described by the SPLC itself as a quarterly investigative journal that monitors the radical right. Potok may even be the right-wing assessments contributing editor for the DHS. His comments in the 2/26/09 Special issue of the SPLCs Mark Potok, the SPLC's chief propagandist. Intelligence Report, published only 6 weeks prior to the leaked DHS report contain the same themes found in the DHS assessment. And the donations pour in. With its substantial wealth and its unchallenged reputation, the SPLCs influence over government at all levels is quite frightening because it is substantial. Just last February

Judicial Watch uncovered collaboration between the SPLC and the Justice Department whereby the DoJ uses the inflammatory information from the SPLC to issue law enforcement notices of domestic threats most of which are right wing or even moderately conservative. The SPLC keeps its profile low in these matters but careful study shows it to be the most influential NGO asset to law enforcement. When the FBI issues its annual Hate Crimes Statistics the SPLC is always listed as a resource. In its 2011 Hate Crime Report the FBI follows the lead of the SPLC by adding the SPLCs newest oppressed group: New in Hate Crime Reporting Beginning in 2013, law enforcement agencies reporting hates crimes will be able to get even more specific when reporting bias motivation. For example, the new bias categories of gender and gender identitywhich added four new bias typeswere added to the FBIs hate crime data collection as a result of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr., Hate Crimes Prevention Act. Other bias types were modified to comply with the race and ethnicity designations specified by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. Data submitted under these new specifications will be part of the UCR programs new system, scheduled to go online next year. That same report indicates that the SPLCs favorite moniker, the hate crime will continue to be its top priority and they will be integrating a cadre of analysts: FBIs Role in Investigating Hate Crimes Hate crimes continue to be the highest priority of the Bureaus civil rights program because of their heinous nature and their impact on victims and communities. We investigate hate crimes that fall under federal jurisdiction, assist state and local authorities during their own investigations, and in some caseswith the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Divisionmonitor developing situations to determine if federal action is appropriate. In addition to responding to hate crimes, were also taking a proactive approach to hate crimes overall. Were integrating a cadre of analysts with our experienced investigators to not only establish a national threat picture but to identify risk factors that can be used by FBI field offices to assess the potential for hate crimes at the local level. Increasing Hate Crime Awareness Most of all, were working to increase awareness of these crimes by establishing liaisons with civic and religious leaders and credible community organizations. Through our UCR program, we offer training to help law enforcement recognize hate crimes and also assist our partners in developing their own hate crimes training programs. Gender and gender identity is the latest special category to be exploited by the SPLC, the FBIs partner. The entertainment industry is an untapped source of wealth and future SPLC funding very sympathetic to gay issues. There are wealthy gay elements surrounding the tech industry and many of the arts. The Klan industry has all but dried up and ceases to be a lucrative source. Aryans and skinheads seem to be holding steady but the attempt to link them with the Tea Parties has only been marginally successful. Still, the SPLC takes in about $110,000 per

day in donations in part due to their diligent efforts to seek out and many times fabricate atrocities from stories about graffiti and fast food cat fights. And no doubt it has a very comfortable chair at the government table perhaps at the head of that table.

Pragmatic Marxism
Before we return to our local school bullying issue we must take a look at the SPLCs hate list and its implications. While wealth-building seems to dominate its existence, the SPLC cannot produce enough phony good deeds to mask its radical ideology. Its literature is chock full of PC buzzwords, it follows the Alinsky line of ridicule rather than debate and it uses lies, deceit and propaganda to destroy its opponents. For instance, it uses the term anti-government to describe groups that are actually anti-big government and anti-immigrant as a substitute for the more accurate anti-illegal alien. These and other subtitle alterations are repeated endlessly enough to make Josef Goebbels proud The SPLCs hate list has always been deceptive. Ideally, a hate group should have a decent scare factor to raise funds for the hate fighters. There are scary neo-Nazi and Aryan groups to fill that role publicly, but there are never enough of them. To create that illusion, the SPLC uses very sloppy criteria to collect its information. It may take unsubstantiated reports from local leftists or frightened grandmothers or scour websites and literature and extrapolate from that. In recent years the SPLC has been counting affiliates of say, the Aryan Brotherhood to create 50 new hate groups where originally there was only one. One nut with a website can produce one hate group, or perhaps 3 or 4 if the SPLC can track down some of its readers. If there is a particular group that expresses opinions the SPLC doesnt like and cannot find enough specific hate such as the United Patriots of America, there is a category for them called general hate and another called racist music which does not include the more profitable degenerate racist rap artists. Of most concern however, is a newer tactic of including ideological opponents as hate groups. This has come on the heels of the adoption of the gay issue as the current cause celeb. The 3o some anti-gay hate groups listed by the SPLC are mainly Christian or Christian based including the Family Research Council, The Traditional Values Coalition, The American College of Pediatricians, The American Family Association, the Parents Action League (which we will present shortly) and, if the scare is not there, associating these groups with despicable ones such as the anti-Christian, anti-Baptist Westboro Baptist Church. Some of these groups have no animous toward gay people and are actively involved in helping them. Others oppose homosexuallity on religious grounds and the Westboro people are just plain crazy. But none of them pose a physical threat to homosexuals. The SPLC promises 13 more additions next year. So why are they on a hate list? The SPLCs Evelyn Schlatter explains: Even as some well-known anti-gay groups like Focus on the Family moderate their views, a hard core of smaller groups, most of them religiously motivated, have continued to pump out demonizing propaganda aimed at homosexuals and other sexual minorities.
Generally, the SPLCs listings of these groups is based on their The SPLC's use of nutty images such propagation of known falsehoods claims about LGBT people that have as this Westboro church photo is combined with their hate list to associate groups they ideologically oppose with the worst of the worst.

been thoroughly discredited by scientific authorities and repeated, groundless name-calling. To get an idea of what the SPLC calls demonizing propaganda it is helpful to read some of the SPLCs own work. It is full of demonizing propaganda. The scientific authority often used by the SPLC to discredit known falsehoods is the American Psychiatric Association (APA)not as radically left as the SPLC but a good liberal source of authentication if one needs a concrete declaration from one of the more subjective sciences. And how groundless is the name-calling if directed at the homosexual agenda rather than homosexuals? The two are quite distinct. What does the American Psychiatric Association have to say about the homosexual agenda? It says nothing because its decision to remove homosexuality from its list of mental disorders was made in 1973 influenced by the work of a bisexual pedophile named Alfred C. Kinsey and his influential fiction, The Kinsey Reports and the efforts of homosexual activists pushing the agenda within the APA itself. If it didnt see it coming then, it wont see it now. By no means does a mental disorder make an individual crazy. Alcoholics who abstain still have the mental disorder but they do not suffer the consequences. Some of these Christian hate groups believe this to be true of homosexuality. For that and only that, they are a hate group. While Focus on the Family has not yet been declared a hate group, the SPLC implies such by profiling individuals and groups in their Intelligence Report. One such profile is on David Barton who teaches American History through DVD sales and other outlets. An excerpt from his SPLC profile is the classic psychological definition of projection: Mike Lilla, who has taught at the University of Colorado and Columbia University, has criticized the schlock history written by religious propagandists like David Barton who use selective quotations out of context to suggest that the framers were inspired believers who thought they were founding a Christian nation. Paul Harvey, a history professor at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, says that Bartons intent is not to produce scholarship but to influence public policy. The Christian Nation debate, Harvey continues, is a manufactured controversy drummed up by a group of ideological entrepreneurs like Barton, who have created an alternative intellectual universe based on a historical fundamentalism. And with that, the pot calls the kettle black. If David Barton is indeed trying to influence policy, that is his right. Unlike the SPLC, he has yet to partner with the highest government agency officials to implement his ideology on an ignorant public. Barton takes his message to whoever wishes to hear it. The SPLC cant do that and be successful. It must inject its ideology through force of government. Let there be no illusions, the SPLC is part of your government. Such attacks from a far left group would not rate a full investigative report over alleged excessive teasing at school were it not for the fact that the SPLC is an unofficial partner of the DHS, the DoJ, the FBI and perhaps many more agencies not yet revealed. Their unofficial and semi-stealth status makes them unaccountable. Like other members of minority groups, many mature gay people resent the do-gooder crusades to save their more immature peers from the stings of everyday life. They may be politically conservative, Christian, hardworking and most importantly, silent on intimate affairs. They feel no need to display their preferences nor champion their differences. Their sex life is their business just as everyones should be. They are not part of the agenda and must suffer when the agenda pretends to speak for them. The SPLC does not recognize these people in any minority group because that organization is category driven. Demographic proclamations are all over their literature. They

do not see independent individuals within any oppressed minority. The minority category itself is oppressed and there can be no free-thinking individuals within it lest they interfere with the agenda. The SPLC saves its most severe attacks for category misfitsconservative minorities. This is pragmatic Marxism.

What is an Agenda Pawn?

To create a Marxist utopia, one must refrain from saying so. That primary goal must be reached incrementally through seemingly unrelated and benevolent agendas. However unrelated, all of these agendas must be steered toward two primary goalsfirst, undermine the moral fabric of a society and second, create the illusion that this is a good thing. Judeo-Christian philosophy is the moral fabric of this country. It is doubtful any other philosophy, religious or secular could have allowed such a diversity of thought to flourish enough to create such wealth and freedom. To undermine it an illusion must be created to convince society that this is not so. This is easily done by constantly emphasizing the true tales of the darker side of history or even embellishing them while omitting the more numerous triumphs. A balanced history does not favor the Marxist goals. To implement the goal Marxists must chose the path of least resistance. In this country it is the court system. Here there are far fewer individuals to convince than in congress and there is the added benefit that any particular case could set a precedent. This must be done piecemeal, one case at a time. The benefit of setting precedent is that it is like a copy machine. The original, once copied allows that copy to serve as an original. Make a copy of a copy and continue that process and soon it looks nothing like the original. This is how God left the public schools; abortion became a right and affirmative action became a never-ending plague on competent minorities. However, in most of these cases a damaged party must bring suit. Dedicated liberals look for such victims to serve as a pawn for their larger agenda. One of the most abused agenda pawns was Shannon Faulkner, a young lady with a sex neutral name. In 1993 as a lark, she applied to the all-male Citadel in South Carolina and was accepted. Once the school found out she was a woman, they rejected her application. Joke over? Not so much. One of the leftist agendas was to destroy the testosterone infested military institutions. The ACLU found out about Faulkner and wanted to use her in a test case on sex discrimination. Pressured into the role of the lefts pawn, Faulkner went along. During the two year court battle to get Shannon into the school she did not actually expect to attend, the state offered to dedicate another school for female cadets. Not acceptable, said the ACLU, Ms. Faulkner is entitled to a Citadel experience. Faulkner won and was admitted in 1995. Unfortunately, Ms. Faulkner never got that Citadel experience, and neither did the young men who followed her. The school was forced to make some serious changes to accommodate the new girl, many of them overturning traditions of a century and a half. And Shannon only spent a few hours at the school, then headed for a 5 day stay at the infirmary for exhaustion. She dropped out afterward. Although the ACLU claimed to represent Faulkner pro bono (free), it hired a New York law firm to argue the case costing South Carolina taxpayers $6.7 million in addition to the $7 million spent refurbishing another college for female cadets. And what happened to the pawn? She was abandoned by the ACLU and the leftists she unwittingly assisted. She did go on to another collegepaid for in full by a Citadel graduate. With the lower standards now in place, girls can now compete and even graduate.

There are many examples of agenda pawns and most have similar, albeit less abusive stories. Some like Paula Coughlin of Tailhook fame, who actually participated in her own assault, have become rich. But the SPLC like the ACLU doesnt just drop in to help out any old down and out pawn. There has to be a payout either financially or an ideological shift in policy favorable to the left.

Back to Schoolin Minnesota

The authorities at Magnolia Jr. High wont address the charges made by the lesbian student publicly and the districts Director of Communications was not even familiar with the SPLCs demand letter. So from that little tidbit we might conclude they are incompetent. More likely, theyre intimidated. One school official, as late as June 4 when we made our final follow-up for answers, made an impassioned plea not to use her name in our report even though she provided no information. Well honor that request because we understand the toxic climate Marxist intimidation reeks. But we need answers. The demand letter that Stephanie Packer never read was written by SPLC attorney Sam Wolfe. The letter never mentions how the SPLC was contacted, how it came to represent the family of the lesbian but does say it conducted a complete investigation, including SPLC attorney Sam student interviews. It does not say it interviewed any adults. It cites precedent, mentions Title IX and states that the U.S. Department of Education instructs that Title IX can Wolfe apply to anti-LGBT harassment And the first hint that the young lesbian may not be the passive little angel reported in the press comes with this passage, Mississippi law requires school authorities to protect students like [the lesbian client] who may be more likely to be perceived as disruptive when they are merely responding to continued harassment. Mr. Wolfe then makes his demand:

Not Just Gay Students

The successful tactics of suing the Klan have not gone unnoticed by the SPLC. That tactic is being applied to a Jefferson Parrish School District in Louisiana. The victims here are students that cant speak English. The district is being charged with running these Latino students out of secondary English classes too soon. The SPLCs findings include a study of the school districts ESL(Essential Secondary Language) program. The study, written by Gerardo R. Lpez, Ph.D., an education equity expert at Loyola University New Orleans, found that students are often quickly removed from ESL programs only to find themselves struggling in academic areas down the road. It is the SPLCs pattern to find experts on subjective sciences such as education equity. There can be no equity in education if some students come to school ignorant of English. This is more of the deluge of new sciences invented at universities to push the lefts agenda. To Remedy the Discrimination Against [the client] and Other Students, the District Must Enact a Comprehensive Plan to Address AntiLGBT Harassment. An appropriate response is not merely to address individual instances of discrimination as they occur, but rather to implement a plan to comprehensively address the hostile environment. As the U.S. Department of Education instructs, by responding to individual incidents of misconduct on an ad hoc basis only, the school fails to confront and prevent a hostile environment from continuing. Thus, it is the responsibility of the District to implement a plan to ensure that [the client] and students like her are not singled out for mistreatment due to their real or perceived sexual orientation or

gender identity. Merely reacting to incidents when there is a pervasive pattern of discrimination does not satisfy the Districts legal obligations. Already the pawn is diluted with other students and the remedy for this is to be comprehensive. The letter continues: One year ago, the Southern Poverty Law Center resolved a case on behalf of several students like [the client] who faced a similar hostile environment in the Anoka-Hennepin School District in Minnesota. Those students experienced anti-LGBT harassment that the district failed to address. SPLC filed a federal lawsuit and the district eventually agreed to a five-year consent decree with federal oversight. The decree features a multi-faceted plan to improve the school climate and systemically address bullying and harassment as well as a monetary award. Actually, the Minnesota School District caved to the SPLC on the very day the lawsuit was filed. The lawsuit that landed the Minnesota school district under the federal thumb for 5 years was over an event called Snow Days in which two lesbian students were not permitted to attend as a couple. The settlement was vehemently opposed by a group of parents obviously upset at what they perceived, as a tyranny of the minority. That groups name? The Parents Action League. The SPLC quickly added them to their influential hate list under the anti-gay category. The group was listed for the way it defames and demonizes gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people, said Heidi Beirich, director of the Southern Poverty Law Centers quarterly Intelligence Project. Specifically, the group advocates resources and ideas that claim homosexuals are promiscuous, dysfunctional, unhealthy and harmful to public health. In other words, this group is putting out ugly propaganda about this population. Beirich said the SPLC spent months studying the behavior of the group before adding it to the list. The Parents Action League formed in 2010 in defense of the Anoka-Hennepin school districts contested policy on sexual orientation, which required teachers to stay neutral on any GLBT-related discussion in schools. Bryan Lindquist, a member of the Parents Action League, said his group is not anti-gay. That has never been what this group is about, Lindquist said. We just want discussion of sexual orientation to take place in the homes with parents and not with a teacher in a classroom full of impressionable kids. For that to elevate this group to that of a hate group is a disservice to public discourse. The Southern Poverty Law Center has a tendency to place the label on anyone with whom it disagrees. How can you have a dialogue if you classify everyone who disagrees with you as a hate group? The Anoka-Hennepin School District Superintendent, Dennis Carlson used all the politically correct words in a humiliating press conference announcing the settlement in March, 2012. He said, The school district and its administrators and staff view this arrangement as an opportunity for ongoing conversation about school events and activities and for consideration of other ideas that will make our school communities inclusive and will enable us to realize the district-wide objective of honoring all students. Students from communist re-education camps have been less compliant to the party line than Mr. Carlson. Returning now to Mr. Wolfes demand letter, he offers the Moss Point School District a ready-made propaganda package developed after the successful washing of Mr. Carlsons brain:

Teaching Tolerance, an educational arm of the Southern Poverty Law Center, recently published a best practices guide to help schools improve school climate. We here on the Gulf Coast are not the first to receive this generous offer. The students in Spanish Fort, Alabama were practicing their activism as early as last October. The Guide, called, Best Practices: Creating an LGBT-inclusive School Climate which proposes Gay-Straight Alliances (GSA) and reminds us to, Remember that a GSA club is no different than any other student club and cannot be subjected to any extra regulations. Spanish Fort, Alabama High School students in October, In addition: 2012 after the new SPLC guide entered the classrooms. Get Started: Empower GSA members to educate their peers by providing venues for communication (e.g., airtime during the daily announcements, a wall on which to hang posters or a school assembly). Clothing is a key way students express their various identitiesand many fashion choices are protected by the First Amendment. Enforce dress codes among all students equally. A school cannot constitutionally forbid male students to wear dresses, for instance, if other students are allowed to wear dresses. Empower students to express themselves. Messages supporting LGBT rights are protected speech, whether theyre spoken, worn on a button or printed on a T-shirt. Designate a gender-neutral restroom. Binary (women/men or boy/girl) restrooms arent inclusive and can be unsafe spaces for transgender and intersex students. Allow each transgender or intersex student to use the restroom in which that student is most comfortable, whether its the gender-neutral restroom or the restroom that corresponds with the students self-identified gender. Apparently no though is given to female students spooked by a boy in their restroom who identifies as a girl.

The bizarre list goes on with other activities to make any school a teenage brothel-circus with legal caveats attached to all. Basically, it encourages students to create their own freak show and supplies the legal references supposedly supporting the anarchy when mature people object.

The Agenda
When the SPLC comes to town it isnt to object to our abundance of Waffle Houses. Its to ruin something that interferes with the agenda. The agenda is a socialist state with elites such as them among the nobility. This is not an opinion. It is written in their literature and observable in their actions. Teaching Tolerance has been a project since 1991 to do what tyrannies must do firstcapture the youth. Psychologists use the term projection to describe a disordered personality who first raises an accusation against another for the very behavior displayed by the accuser. Bill Clinton was a master at this. It is quite effective in diverting blame. If there is an organization having the equivalent talent to Bill Clinton it has to be the Southern Poverty Law Center. It is the most deceptive, destructive and hateful group of elitists in the country. They fight bulliesthey are the bully. They champion the oppressedthey oppress the oppressed. They list and expose hate groupsthey are the most rabid one, all under the civil rights cover. It was our intention not to use the pawns name in this piece. Shes only 16 and even if she is sincere, she has no idea what she has unleashed. The Moss Point School District is silent now but we need to know what they plan to do with our money and our kids. The local press seems to have lost interest. What can we do? Well, were doing it. Were exposing it. But were not getting any answers from the people we pay to run our schools. They dont think we need to know. Whats the truth here? What do we want in our schools? Do we want boys in dresses or obscene t-shirts in our schools? Do we want Gay-Straight Alliances? Do we want activist kids? Do we actually hand over our tax money to incompetent and silent school officials so they can waste it or do what they want with it without scrutiny? Thats what we get if we dont get active and demand answers. Silence is consent and we get what we deserve. WHAT CAN YOU DO? Follow up on this story by calling the School Board and demand answers. What are their plans? Do they plan to implement the SPLC programs? Do they have any idea what happened to the Minnesota school district? We did not mention the young ladys name that stirred all of this controversy. In fact, its not going to be controversial if we do not take action. All indications are that the School Board wants to bury this issue. Questions should refer to the lesbians alleged harassment at Magnolia Jr. High and her departure last March. We havent found any follow-up reports in the local media and if there are, please let us know.
