Natural gas futures for May delivery closed at $ 7.801, $ 0.123 lower. A trend of persistent NYMEX Last Change

Natural gas futures for May closed down $ 0.111 lower Friday ahead of the weekend with
warmer weather on the horizon. The nation is expected to see spring temperatures this May 07 7.381 -0.111

NYMEX natural gas futures for June ended $ 0.173 higher on Friday to settle at $ 7.899 per MMBtu

Natural gas futures for July settled $ 0.057 lower Friday at $ 7.878 per MMBtu ahead of the weekend
after prices failed to break through technical resistance. It appears that traders are awaiting the next Jul 07 8.878 -0.057
storm or major heat wave to push this market higher, although all physical indications point this 03 Month Strip 7.989 -0.047
market lower. While the market tested resistance, forecasters are predicting an above-average
number of hurricanes during the Atlantic storm season, which officially started Friday. Much of the US 06 Month Strip 8.456 -0.034
is predicted to have above-average temperatures as well. Predictions show that with an active 12 Month Strip 8.783 -0.014
hurricane season and hotter-than-average summer temperatures, could possibly prevent the market
from taking out the April lows and will likely be a factor in taking July natural gas back to their recent 18 Month Strip 8.818 -0.005
highs. July hit a low of $ 7.55 on April 19th and high of $ 8.40 on May 8th. This gives a far greater
trade range than June had. Last week, the EIA reported a storage injection of 107 Bcf, on the upper
end of expectations, compared to an injection of 81 Bcf a year ago. The report showed a total storage June 2007 Gas Prices
level of 2.053 Tcf. For this week, major resistance is seen at $ 8.40 with minor at $ 8.05, while major

Natural gas futures for July 07 were down $ 0.055 per MMBtu to $ 7.608 yesterday on mild NYMEX Last Change
weather created less demand, allowing storage levels to increase. This settled concerns

levels of 2.163 Tcf are 366 Bcf above the 5-year average. For this week, look for an
injection of about 100 to 110 Bcf. Technical analysis suggests there is support at recent
lows of $ 7.50. A settlement below that would make the next number $ 7.25. For this week, July 2007 Gas Prices
major resistance is seen at $ 8.16, with minor at $ 7.84, while major support is seen at $ Point Price
7.48 and minor at $ 7.55.

Natural gas futures for July closed up $ 0.11 on Friday to $ 7.918 per MMBtu before the NYMEX Last Change
weekend with the speculation of hot weather on the East Coast. This, in turn, would cause

injection of about 80 to 90 Bcf. For this week, major resistance is seen at $ 8.10, with Point Price
minor at $ 7.945, while major support is seen at $ 7.705 and minor at $ 7.86.

Natural gas futures for July dropped on the NYMEX dropped $ 0.218 per MMBtu. July was down NYMEX Last Change

are expected to be around 89 degrees through June 25th. Last week, the EIA reported a storage
injection of 89 Bcf, a bit higher than expected, compared to a 5-year average of 89 Bcf. The
report showed a total storage level of 2.344 Tcf or 18.4% above the 5-year average. For this June 2007 Gas Prices
week, look for an injection of 85 to 95 Bcf. For this week, major resistance is seen at $ 7.72,
with minor at $ 7.40, while major support is seen at $ 6.80 and minor at $ 7.10. Point Price
