I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor services I have been offered during one of your flights. On the date of June, 28th I traveled from London to Bucharest using one of your low capacity aircrafts. During the journey, the plane started rocking causing the majority of the passenger to panic. When I demanded an explanation, the steward assured us coldly that everything was in order. However, several minutes later the aircraft landed in Vienna due to technical problems, earning me and co-worker two hours behind the schedule. Further more, no explanation or apology was offered. As a result, not only did we miss a crucial meeting in our career but we also had to prolong our stay in Bucharest due to food poisoning. I complained about this matter at one of your Local Passenger Services, however, my complaint was rudely ignored. I trust this issue will be taken care of, as we are entitled to compensations. Otherwise, I am afraid we may be forced to make this matter known publicly. Yours faithfully, Elisabeth Middleton
