BRBC Members Meeting Date Claimer

On Sunday, 16th June 2013, after AM service
Agenda: 1. Approve the 2013-14 budget 2. Extension of Aarons call from Aug 2013 to end of Dec 2013 to bring into line up with normal staff appointment times. This will be followed by a shared lunch. Details to come. Our offerings were very strong for the period of July 2012 up to Feb 2013 when we were up to 98% of the budget. They have been on a downward trend over the last few months. The average offering for the 10 weeks since beginning of March has been $6,417 per week, which is over $1,400 per week short of the budget. This pattern seems to be consistent over the last few years. It would be great if we could finish the financial year more strongly and reverse the loss situation we found ourselves in last yr.

Last week $6,013 Average (46 weeks) $7,417
