WORK ASSIGNMENT:

While I am cooking noodles as snack of the Japanese staff, I slipped on the wet floor and my right hand accidentally grabbed the hot kettle. Luckily, I was wearing gloves; otherwise, my hand would have been burned.

2. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED:
WORK PLACE: Needs constant Housekeeping. Wet floors are slipping hazard. The kitchen is in disarray. EQUIPMENT/ DEVICE: None. WORK PROCEDURE: Theres no need to rush when working. EMPLOYEE: Work attitude.Did not practice Housekeeping.
