Assigned to work on a project that involves centralizing the previously de-centralized Customer Service, Financial, Meter and Billing systems, which are highly customized in set-up. Handled major areas in the Customer Service module, particularly the New Connection and Change of Tenancy: o New Connections A dialog transaction integrating seven different steps necessary for processing new power application, depending on the customer application type. Each step corresponds to an individual transaction involving multiple screens, as well as dialog modules from other applications o Change of Tenancy A dialog transaction integrating five different steps necessary in changing ones tenancy. Procedures of terminating ones contract vary depending on the type of move-out involved. Like the New Connection module, each step corresponds to an individual transaction involving multiple screens, as well as dialog modules from other applications o Public Holiday Maintenance A dialog transaction that uploads and deletes public holiday entries in the SAP system. Flat files containing the holidays are entered in the custom program that does the public holiday processing.
