ABOUT THE COLLEGE

Dr. Virendra Swarup Educational Foundation, U.P. (VSEF) was established in the year 1989 in the memory of Late Dr. Virendra Swarup, MLC & Chairman of U.P. Legislative Council and an eminent educationist. The foundation is running 10+2 schools & several institutes in Kanpur & nearby areas. It is closely associated with Dayanand ShikshaSansthan, which is managing more than 25 post-graduate and intermediate colleges all over Uttar Pradesh &Uttaranchal. The foundation is successfully providing quality Computer & Management education at post-graduate and under-graduate level through one of the best considered Institute of India i.e. Dr. Virendra Swarup Institute of Computer Studies (VSICS). The courses offered are MCA, PGDM. VSICS offers a three years full time Master of Computer Application program. The Program is designed to provide practical grounding about computer knowledge for aspiring students who want to become successful computer professionals in the fast changing IT scenario. Through the balanced blend of theory, practice, values and attitude the program seeks to equip the students with value based conduct, emotional maturity, analytical ability, cross functional capability and leadership skills to operate effectively in a highly volatile and multicultural business environment. The MCA program at VSICS is affiliated to Gautam Buddha Technical University (GBTU), Lucknow and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

It is with these values and this cultural ethos in mind that we have begun the journey of integrating & consolidating our services to be the ideal blend of technology & care. From the time of its inception in 2010, the DCS family has grown from strength to strength, and created a brand for itself; we employ over 100 plus Channels some of whom have served as a part of the team for more than a decade.

DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF PROJECT 21 JAN 2013 PROJECT SCOPE With the growing importance of Dish Cable Services providing customer care to people across the country, Dish Cable services are also becoming popular. This project will enhance the services to serve more quickly and efficiently. This software is developed in order to computerize the activities which take more time, if done manually. Dish billing system will enable the customer services to make things faster and can get information quickly. If we want any information about Dish service we can access it quickly. Nothing is perfect in this world. So, we are also no exception. Although, we have tried our best to present the information effectively, yet, there can be further enhancement in the Application. We have taken care of all the critical aspects, which need to take care of during the development of the Project.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

Project is related to Dish TV The project maintains two levels of users: Administrator Level User Level

Main facilities available in this project are Maintaining records of indoor/outdoor customers. Maintaining customers details, advised for latest updates. Maintaining customers choice records. Providing billing details for indoor/outdoor customer. Maintaining backup of data as per user requirements (between mentioned dates). If user forgets his/her password then it can be retrieved by hint question. In this project collection of details from different dish cable or d2h. Results of tests, prescription, precautions advice will be automatically updated in the database.

Related complain, user details report, prescription and billing reports can be generated as per user requirements. Administrator can search a users record by his/her name or their registration date.

KEY OBJECTIVES OBJECTIVES OF SYSTEM The Dish cable services software is user-friendly software. The main objectives of the system is which shows and helps you to collect most of the information about News and Entertainment Services The system is very simple in design and to implement. The main objectives of the proposed system can be enumerated as follows: Customer are easily interact to the DCS Customer choice is possible. ADVANTAGES The system is very simple in design and to implement. The system requires very low system resources and the system will work in almost all configurations. Security of data. Ensure data accuracys. Administrator controls the entire system. Reduce the damages of the machines. Minimize manual data entry. Greater efficiency. User friendly and interactive. Minimum time required.

Because change is inevitable, mechanism must be developed for evaluation, controlling and making modifications. AvailabilityAvailability is the probability that a system will work as required when required during the period of a mission. Availability is the proportion of time a system is in a functioning condition. PortabilityPortability has usually meant some work when moving an application program to another operating system. Portability is a characteristic attributed to a computer program if it can be used in operating systems other than the one in which it was created without requiring major rework.
