Place the telephone on a non-slip surface. Polished or varnished surfaces can be marked by some parts of the telephone, such as the rubber feet. To ensure good hands-free conversation quality, place the telephone on a flat surface and keep the area in front of the microphone free of obstructions. To avoid interference, keep the telephone at least one meter away from cordless telephones, mobile telephones, television sets and other electrical equipment. The Profiset 3030 telephone must be installed at a maximum distance of 500 meters from the telephone exchange by using a two-pair cable with 0.4mm2 copper wire. The telephone must not be exposed directly to the sun or other heat sources, nor be installed in dusty or excessively humid locations, as this will reduce its useful life. It should be used at temperatures between 5 C and 50 C and it is not waterproof. To clean the telephone, use a damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaning products. Do not use a dry cloth, because it may cause electrostatic discharges that could damage the equipment. When the telephone reaches the end of its useful life, dispose of it in a way that does not harm the environment, in accordance with local legal requirements.
CE Mark
The device conforms to the EU guideline 99/5/ ECC, as attested by the CE mark.
