All equipments/ instruments/accessories should strictly confirm concerning IS code. 2. The product should be Superior in quality, Best in finishing, Durable with minimum maintenance and should be of reputed brand. 3. All equipments must be supplied with branded motors and electric valves etc. (if there, brands like Godrej, Crompton, GE or any other reputed brand). 4. All equipments must have powder coating of same color belonging to one laboratory. 5. All equipments that have Gauges must be NABL calibrated and shall be supplied with Test Certificates. 6. Preference will be given to Original Equipment Manufacturer or their direct dealer / stockiest. Also we can ask for factory visit on your expenses. 7. A Closed circuit, self contained water circulation unit (in SS grade 304 wherever possible), should be supplied for Hydraulics Laboratory and Fluid Mechanics Laboratory. 8. Equipment should be compact, space saving and complete out fit in all respect for meaningful experiment. Its catalogue should also be supplied. 9. Hard & soft copy of comprehensive operation & instructional manual covering experiment presented in the form of full laboratory report should be supplied. 10. If you find something necessary for successfully running the laboratory and which has not been mentioned here, you can quote the same discretely describing the reasons. 11. Please write Make of your product, for each instrument/equipment/accessories. 12. Although we are looking for a complete solution, but somehow if the order is placed for limited number of items, even then the same discount and other terms & conditions shall be applied. 13. Your Technical Representative will be present for full time while installation & demonstration of equipments up to full satisfaction, at no extra cost. Pre-inspection visit of your engineer to our college at your expenses is must for discussion regarding laboratory lay-out, requirement of furniture, platform, foundation etc.

14. Any arrangement to be made available by the Institute should be intimated well in advance along with its dimensions & sketch, if necessary. 15. The rates are F.O.R. Departmental Laboratory, which includes packing & forwarding charges. 16. The items supplied by you will be covered by an outside warranty against any manufacturing defects and for successful performance for a period of 24 months from the date of commissioning for which you will furnish a certificate along with supply. 17. You will deliver the material within 3 weeks positively. 18. VAT & any other GOVERNMENT taxes are extra as applicable. 19. The quantity of the items may be increased or decreased and it is also possible that some items are not at all purchased, without giving reasons.
