RM450mil properties up
for grabs at PKNS fair

PERBADANAN Kemajuan Negri Selangor
(PKNS) is offering 2,300 residential houses
and 60 commercial units worth more than
RM450 million to buyers at the PKNS home
ownership fair between May 8 and June
7.
Buyers will enjoy an array or deals in-
cluding down payments as low as RM500,
rebates of up to RM20,000, zero entry cost
and 100% loans which include MRTA, sub-
ject to terms and conditions.
“The houses offered by PKNS usually cost
10-15% less than similar properties offered
by other developers,” said deputy general
manager (administration and development)

He said most of the properties offered are
almost 80% completed thus buyers will be
