    Resolution As per conversation with customer,Mr.Gourhari atta he has no network issue. Customer's both numbers were switched off. Customer's both numbers were switched off. As per conversation with customer,Mr.Babulal his location is 7 km away from nearest ICR site WBT1244 ie Out of CEB. Customer's both numbers were switched off. As per conversation with the customer Mr.Sadurool,the network issue is resolved . As per conversation with the customer Rijaul Haq,the network issue is resolved now. As per conversation with the customer Md. Saddam Hussain,the network issue is resolved . The field tean called the customer many times but customer did not respond the call. Customer's MSIDN no. is switched off and on alternate number customer told he has no idea sim so he is not aware any network issue. The field team was unable to contact customer as both the contact nos. were Switched-off. As per conversation with the customer his location is about 4 km away from nearest ICR site WBT3117 ie out of CEB.
