Every organisation needs to give back. Especially youth run organisations.

Keeping that in mind, ENGage started it's own social initiative called Junoon last year keeping in mind the fact that the best way to trigger change is to be the change. Last year, an amazing performance was delivered by Specially Abled students from 15 different schools. The day was eventful and delivered a smile to the faces to hundreds of people and a sense of satisfaction to ENGage. We strongly believe in 'All or Nothing'. This year, with a benchmark of last year, ENGage started Junoon in a radical new way. A series of workshops are to be conducted across Mumbai in BMC schools and Orphanages. Two workshops have been conducted successfully and a total of 440 children impacted. A lot more workshops will be conducted over the time to the final day of Junoon that is 26th July. The Grand Finale event is a showcase of all the impact that has been made and also keeping up the tradition, our special Children will be there to show their talent and give us inspiration to move forward and to do better. ENGage charitable trust would like to thank Lion K L Parmar for his continious guidance. He was a constact source of inspiration to the organization and without his support it would be impossible to conduct JUNOON on such a grand scale. We would also likr to take this oppurtinity to thank Mr. Yogesh Amin. He always inspires us to think creatively and come up with new ideas and solutions. His never give up attitude and charismatic personality encourages us to think of being like him.
