Fred F. Fielding Per our discussion earlier this afternoon, the Commission renews its request for "[a]ll
reports of intelligence obtained from interrogations" of those individuals identified in
Jamie S. Gorelick DoD Document Request No. 3, dated June 6, 2003, and the four supplements thereto,
Slade Gorton dated June 11, July 31, September 30, and October 24, 2003, respectively. In view of
the urgency for an expedited production at this stage, we are herein providing our
John Lehman
prioritization of the individuals identified in these requests.

As we discussed, production should include MFRs and IIRs related to the individuals

identified. Moreover, as stated in the initial document request, as modified in

Set forth below are five groups of individuals arranged by priority status (i.e. Priority
Group #1, #2, etc.) and identified by document request and letter (i.e. Request No. 3a,
Supp. #la, etc.). Please note that our prioritization is only meant to facilitate complete
and efficient response to the Commission's outstanding requests as quickly as possible
given the present circumstances.

As we discussed, please provide a production schedule for these documents as soon as

possible.
