MOTION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING THE WITHDRAWAL OF COUNSEL

OF RECORD FOR ALTUS VENTURES, LLC

Pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 910(e), Virginia M. Dalton and the firm Pearlman
& Dalton, P.C. (collectively “P&D”) hereby move the Court for entry of an Order
authorizing their withdrawal as counsel of record for Altus Ventures, LLC (“Altus”), a
creditor. In support, P&D states as follows:

1. P&D, for good cause, seeks to withdraw as counsel for Altus.

2. Through the Notice of Intent to Withdraw as Counsel of Record for Altus

(“Notice”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, Altus has been advised of
P&D’s withdrawal as counsel, as well as the following:

a. Altus is personally responsible for complying with all Court orders and
time limitations imposed by any applicable rules. To the best of the undersigned
counsel’s knowledge, there are no orders or time limitations currently imposed by any
applicable rules which require action by Altus.

b. The dates of any proceedings, or the holding of such proceedings, will

not be affected by P&D’s withdrawal. To the best of the undersigned counsel’s
knowledge, there are no proceedings currently scheduled which involve Altus.

3. Local Bankruptcy Rule 910(e) does not provide for an objection period and
Local Bankruptcy Rule 202 does not apply. Local Bankruptcy Rule 910(e) only requires that
notice of P&D’s withdrawal be served on “all counsel of record and on the withdrawing
attorney’s client”. L.B.R. 910(e). As shown by the certificate of service of this Motion, it,
and a copy of the Notice, was served on even date herewith.

WHEREFORE, Virginia M. Dalton and the firm of Pearlman & Dalton, P.C.
requests an order authorizing Virginia M. Dalton and the firm of Pearlman & Dalton, P.C.
to withdraw as counsel for Altus Ventures, LLC, and for such other relief as is appropriate.
