MAXIMUMS FOR EACH: Senior High / $100 per student Middle School / $50 per student Family / $200 WAIVERS: If qualified for free lunch, $10 or maximum % reduction allowed for reduced lunch (whichever amount is less, rounded to nearest dollar). If qualified for reduced lunch, same % reduction of fee(s) waived (rounded to nearest dollar).

PROCEDURES FOR ACTIVITY FEES 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Fees should be collected by the coach or advisor during the first week of the activity. Each fee payer will receive a receipt for monies collected. Fees are to be turned in to the activities office as soon as possible with the original of the receipt form. Only participating students will pay a fee. Student managers, trainers, statisticians, and score keepers do not pay a fee. Athletes from grades 7 and 8 who participate on a senior high team are to pay the senior high fee. Fees will be refunded up to two weeks into the activity with a written note from the coach or advisor to the student regarding withdrawal. Fees will be refunded pro-rata for any student withdrawing from the activity for serious injury or illness that will extend beyond the season of activity, or for students moving from the district. A written note from the coach or advisor to that affect will again be required. Students asking to be exempt from the fee for financial reasons should contact the activities office. Students who have met the individual or family maximum should contact the activities office, who in turn will advise the coaches or advisors.

10. Students suspended from activities for disciplinary reasons, absenteeism, or violation of NDHSAA rules will not receive refunds.
