Should possess good technical skills. Job Responsibility: 1) Design and Development of Various Assembly fixtures, Work Equipment, Conveyors, Gauges and Various tools using Pro-E. 2) Conceptualizing new Fixture, Tool and Gauge design and Load Analysis of Lifting Tackles. 4) Undertaking Trial and Validation at Assembly shop and supplier end for all types of Fixtures and work equipment. Focusing on Continual Improvement in Jigs and Fixtures. 5) Ensuring the Smooth execution of Design Department activities by coordinating with other Groups. 6) Preparing and maintaining of TS 16949 documents, records and audits reports of design department. 7) Planning of jobs with respect to schedule and Target received from the other groups. JOB DUTIES This position is accountable for supervising & providing technical guidance and mentoring to a group of CAE professionals to solve technical problems. The incumbent provides direction, motivation, focus and encouragement for subordinates. This position is responsible for all personal issues and performance evaluation of subordinates. 1. BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE This position requires background in Mechanical Engineering. Graduates or post-graduates from reputed organization with min 10+ years of total experience and 7+ years of relevant hands on experience in CAE in the Auto & Off-Highway machines domain. The incumbent should have excellent Leadership, interpersonal, communication & organizing skills. Skills in product design, product and process design, development or research of products, components or systems, and customer relations are needed. Core experience in the following areas is a must: Analysis of components / products

Background in solid mechanics / computational mechanics (FEA) Hands on experience in CAE tools such as ABAQUS, NASTRAN, Hyper works, IDEAS NX, etc. CAE Infrastructure management Team (>20) management experience including P&L responsibilities Experience in conducting technical reviews, proposal writing and developing business plans Excellent human relations and communications skills are necessary. Applied Mechanics - Fatigue - Engineer Core Job Responsibilities:

Applies specialized knowledge of engineering principles and practices across various areas and projects involving testing and analysis of engine and engine related components for stress, strain, fatigue, noise and vibration. Lead the operation of fatigue lab with responsibility for Expense and Capex for the Lab. Work closely with engineers and associates of self and other disciplines such as Manufacturing, Lab operations. Duties will include test fixture design/analysis, program and instrumentation planning, test plan coordination, executing and directing test programs with the assistance of laboratory technicians, conducting data analysis and reporting of test results. The engineer will be committed to EHS compliance and assist in the development of better test techniques and processes. Will be also be required to follow Applied Mechanics ESW and assist with training/development of laboratory personnel. This position in the Applied Mechanics Group will have responsibility for leading the fatigue lab operations, handling Expense and Capital budget for the Lab equipment's. Direct the test planning of various experimental tests on Fatigue load frame and Shaker equipment's. Ensure methods to achieve the target equipment utilization for the Lab. Conduct and direct a variety of dynamic and static structural tests for base engine components and systems. In addition to being the responsible engineer for a variety of component validation tests, this position will also include specific focus in process improvement and development. Uses innovative methods and works independently under broad guidance. Has a detailed knowledge of engineering or scientific specialty. Troubleshoots problems and recommends appropriate action. Uses and applies principles/concepts and techniques of engineering discipline. Coaches and mentors less experienced engineers.
