According to a criminal complaint filed in Georgia, Paculis sent an email and made a phone call to Deen's lawyer demanding money. After his arrest, Paculis was transported to jail in New York and is scheduled to appear in court in Savannah, Georgia on July 16th to face charges of extortion.
